We stayed 2 nights at The Village and were completely blown away (and I don't just mean by the very strong winds that chose the days we were there to do their worst!). The first "wow!" came as we drove through the impressive porched entrance to the mediaeval village and those wows just kept coming! Each house is beautifully furnished...

A tastefully renovated village with separed comfortable houses and a fantastic view. The ideal place for a wedding or weekend party. Nice gardens and a swimming pool. All facilities for catering can be ordered.

The setting is unique, the welcome is personal and each house has its own character. My three children (two nearly teenagers and a three year old) enjoy the environment and the swimming pool and I enjoy these plus the lack of shops in the immediate vicinity.
