I'm staying at the Hampton Inn, Naperville for 3 nights on business. The wi fi is so weak that it's almost impossible to use. The fellow at the front desk said, "Yeah, it goes in and out but usually comes back." No manager on duty tonight (8:00 pm), nobody in engineering--just the young woman at the front desk. Due to tournament had to reschedule dates multiple times and when team didn't do well they let us out of our last day with less than 24 hours notice. Extremely pleasant about it as well. Much appreciated.

No refrigerator in your room, even if you ask for one it was so small you couldn't put anything in it. The bed was really hard unlike other Hampton Inn's I have stayed in. My co-worker also said their bed was awful.

Staff was great and helped us as much as possible. Very accommodating with rooms with other family members with a separate reservation. The pool was clean and places to eat were within walking distance.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are very clean, and the breakfast and coffee bar are very good offering nutritious options. There are a number of eateries within walking distance and the surrounding area is nice.

Hampton is always our "goto" first choice. This appears to be an older Inn with many updates. Our room was very small but clean. The heating/air conditioner was hard to regulate. This place worked out perfect for us, in between everything with good access to the Interstates. Natalie was at the desk when we checked in and she was fantastic. All of our questions about train travel to Chicago were answered immediately, plus she had some great maps to give us. She was extremely helpful with our other questions as well....

This was a great hotel in a very nice suburb. Staff is very friendly and the hotel was very clean. Be sure to check out the old downtown of Naperville! A great area with lots of shops and restaurants.

We were very disappointed with our experience with this location. We always try to stay at a Hampton due to their consistency, however this location failed. The beds were hard, noisy and uncomfortable. The pool was very cloudy and the staff were more interesting in their music on their headphones then the guests.
