Very dirty carpet in guest room and hallway. Disgusting bathroom toilet. Extreme uncomfortable bed. Non-working wall lights between the two beds. Dirty parking lot. The hotel needs to be remodeled in its entirety.
I checked into my room. There were bugs and I promptly went to get a different room. As I went through the hallways, there were fans everywhere blowing musty air from a recent flood. The 2nd room had private hair and stains on the pillows and the bed, so clearly the room was not cleaned. There was no hot water for a shower in the morning. I left the hotel after the first night of a 5 night stay. The hotel charged my personal card, when my company sent over a credit card authorization to charge their card. Now we have to deal with THAT as well.
I stayed here as part of a cross country trip. Had I not prepaid I would have left. The surface of drive and entrance is all broken up making it difficult to navigate with luggage. The paint is peeling, the faucets’ chrome peeling off and the mirror is de silvered. The tub was so dirty I was afraid to shower
we've stayed here in years past. missed a couple due to covid. Wyndham needs to get ts name off this place or fix it up. furnishings are meager...one desk chair in a 2 bed room. empty tissue box in bathroom. restroom in lobby not working. it goes on and on. the outside has not seen talc in weeks. uncut grass, weeds all over. chipped paint nat the ext. doors. see pics
Took three tries to find a room that would work. When I checked the bed it had fluid stains on the sheets….and stains on comforter. Not clean… bugs on floor and on sill and dead bugs on the mattress. Floor needed a good vac and the carpet felt wet in the both rooms that I rented. I booked the room while on our way back from Mt Rushmore. Was in the car riding. I should have done a lot more research. Not a place anyone would want to stay.
Comfortable bed. The Continental breakfast with a good selection of foods. Open drug use on facility property in presence of children. Dirty carpets and showers. This is not a typical LaQuinta experience
I want a refund or a few night.. they're were druggie outside n loud or was dirty and gross no food for breakfast or any clean towels abdomen gross never will stay and will team friends add well not to
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, I reserved my suite online. Checked into my room it was dirty and nasty, they put me in a different room which was not much better. I booked the room for 1 adult and 4 kids, Front desk was rude when I told her the sheets had food (cups) on it and green stains and would only give me one set of sheets to REPLACE the dirty set and a pillow with NO pillow slip. Remote did not work for the bedroom tv. The pool was absolutely dirty And nobody advised us that the pool chlorinator or whatever it was, was not working until my kids had went swimming and I told front desk next day at check out!!!!! It was awful and a very bad experience😞😡🤬 I reserved the suite for 2 days but left early the next morning instead of staying another night and went to a different hotel!!!!! …
This was quite literally the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. Clumps of dirt in the corner of the room along with dust bunnies throughout. Holes in the carpet and stains on the bedding. There was hairs all over the bathroom and shower left by the former occupants. In addition, the lock on the door did not work so I had to prop a chair up when I went to bed. It was disgusting and when I told the front desk attendant, her response was she hears it all the time and there is nothing she can do about it.
The staff is lovely, and the housekeeping department are probably doing the best they can with what they have. The floors are disgusting and need a deep clean. There is an obvious lack of maintenance going on here. I'd stay again if I was completely strapped for cash and I was traveling by myself. But to share this mess with someone else? A partner? Children? Nah.
