We've stayed here several times and will stay several more, I'm sure. The rooms are clean and roomy and the staff is always exceptional!!! They're very polite and will do anything they can to help you.

Our welcome could not have been better, and we were checked in easily. We were intending to go to Sightseeing at Shawnee National Forest the next day, and the man behind the counter could not have been more helpful, with some great tips. The room, was spacious, looked reasonable clean, but had an odor to it, that hinted at mold....

This is a very clean older hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was good. The usual fair but you could tell care had been put into the preparation and the staff was readily available keeping the area clean and filled w/fresh food. There are even movies you can rent to play in the room.

If you like a place where the rooms smells moldy, run down, and the beds are broken, this place is for you. If I could give it a zero I would. Horrible!!! In dire need of a renovation. I had to go through 3 rooms until I found one to settle on. Thankfully, the staff was wonderful and understanding. Spend...

After 11 hours on the road, it was nice to have a friendly associate behind the desk to welcome us. As reward members, our names had been placed on the "Welcome" board and there was a small bag of candy / cookies provided at check-in. Nothing fancy but my son was impressed. Given the rate, I wasn't expecting 5 Star...

Welcoming employees. Grounds, lobby, room clean. Interesting handicap bathroom set-up. I stay approx 100 nights a year in hotels, this is the first free standing toilet grab bar I have encountered--see picture. I know everyone's handicap needs are different, but this was a little challenging for me to transfer from my chair. Beds a little stiff, don't like the smaller...

The hotel seems to be dated. The rooms need to up dated. Room was clean, bath room was clean. The mattress needs to be replaced. The person at the front desk and the lady in the eating area was very friendly. Breakfast was very good and the area was very clean. This was the second time we stayed at hotel....

From the moment we arrived, this experience was most pleasant. At check-in the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Probably one of the best stays for a great price ever.

Ran down a bit, ice machinres don't work, rooms are very dated, employees seem nice but would not recommend this hotel, the best weight room I have seen for free weights, lighting outdoors was terrible, halls were stained carpet, dogs in rooms, just not what I am used to

Front desk attendants (check in and check out) were fabulous!!!! The property was un-kepted , light outside on the Eastside of the building was out ( arrived at night ) Hall carpet was the 1st clue what was ahead. Room doors are very old walls un-kepted. Room floor had dead bug between the beds, old musty smell, previous guest popcorn...
