First, I'd like to highlight that they're located in very strategic place. In Kuta, it's hard to find transportation. The location of this hotel is on the main street of Kuta so there's easy and convenient access to have meals and go shopping. Even though it's called capsule hotel, they have rented room as well. However the room was full when I was there. Luckily we can rent the capsule room with reasonable price so you can have privacy with your family. Still, you need to share bathroom
I’ve been coming here for over a year now and the food here never disappoints. It’s amazing and the hostel is really clean and tidy. I really enjoyed it. Tuna tataki is the best I’ve ever had. I miss the saetan on the menu though! I would have given this 5 stars if it weren’t for the guy at the front desk, I believe his name is “Pardi” (at least that’s what he told me it is). Anyway, he’s been extremely rude and unhelpful since I checked in. He didn’t let me check into my capsule until 4 pm when I had been waiting around since 11 after my flight to Lombok because he said the computer was down. Then i asked someone else for help and they got me to my room immediately and apologized. On my last night, I was laying in my capsule with my ear plugs in about to fall asleep (10:45 pm) and I hear loud noises (through my ear plugs) and it was was pardi standing at the edge of my bed with my curtain open and all the lights on asking me (very loudly) if I’m going to extend my scooter rental and if I’m extending my stay tomorrow .... he not only intruded on me about to fall asleep, but he woke everyone else up who was sleeping / trying to sleep to ask me something that he could have in the morning. 3 people asked him to be quiet as he was speaking so loudly. I start pulling out my money to pay him for the next day scooter rental because he wouldn’t leave and finally he says I can pay in the morning... like why did he come in here then?? He then left without turning the lights off .. This dude should not be in costumer service as he is extremely rude and inconsiderate Other than this person, the staff was exceptional. Especially the restaurant staff. Super impressed with their helpfulness and hospitality. Kitchen staff is fast and efficient, which is hard to find in indonesia. I will come back again, but definitely not staying here unless that guy pardi is gone. …
The place itself is really nice, very beautiful and cozy. Rooms are comfortable and the bathroom is big enough. People from the staff are always willing to help you in what you need. Bad sides —> no WiFi at the room, just at the lobby and breakfast really poor. The rest was pretty good.
The hostel is pretty new, and you can see that. We stayed on one of the three double rooms on the top floor, the room was clean and really comfortable. The restaurant and the pool area are great to hang out and meet new people. Staff are really nice and helpful, they make the difference! I would repeat for sure.
I stayed in the female dormitory. The capsules are very comfortable with a soft mattress, pillow, and a great blanket. The capsule has a light and electrical outlet with USB ports and built-in adapter. A locker with key and a towel are provided upon check-in. There is an access code for entering the dormitory so it felt very safe. Large bathroom with showers, toilets, sinks, and a curtained changing area. Lots of racks inside and out for hanging towels or wet bathing suits. The bathroom area was always super clean. Great lounge areas outside with comfy couches, electrical outlets, and a water refill station. There is a pool and a few lounge chairs on a small lawn. There is a restaurant on-site that provides the included breakfast and also serves lunch, dinner, juice, coffee, tea, and drinks. This is the place to be in the evenings. There is a storage rack near reception for surf boards. Check-in and check out was quick and easy. All of the staff are very friendly and can help you with bookings, rentals, and airport transfers. My only complaint is that the nightly music is set up just outside the female dormitory. While it did make a great atmosphere for relaxing and chatting, it isn’t great if you have an early morning ahead of you.…
