I found this to be a nice, clean accommodation with friendly, helpful staff. The bed was comfortable, room clean and quiet. The hotel is located within walking distance of nice restaurants. We checked in very late to this facility, we were using Marriott reward points for this trip. Upon arrival we go to our room and put our belongings down. I stayed at the Fairfield this weekend and I must say I experienced the best service in my years of travel. The young man that checked me in went out of his way to help me, breakfast and girl working were great, even the housekeepers spoke every time they saw me. Booked a room at this hotel using points while traveling. I was surprised when it was only 15,000 points. We arrived after a long day of traveling to find a dirty, smelly lobby. It started with the filthy/scuffed up entrance door. There were customers sitting on the bench at the front door smoking and drinking. They didn't have the room we booked, a king suit with a sofa. We stayed here and took the train to see the game. The front desk clerk was very friendly, but he did not seem confident and it was hard to hear what he was saying. Room was clean.
