Came for early dinner whilst visiting chatsworth caravan club site, dog friendly (after taking our drinks orders they promptly gave our dog a bowl of water), great choice on menu showcasing local produce, large portion sizes, just what you need after long walks, and great choice of wines and local beers!!

Came here for the night with my partner , the room was really nice and the bed so comfy , the staff were fantastic , really helpful and generally nice people . We had breakfast and dinner at this inn and the food was great . I will defiantly be returning and I can't wait . Reasonably priced too .

We spent two nights at the Devonshire Arms at Pilsley while we visited Chatsworth and Bakewell. It is a delightful little inn. We were in the farmhouse which I suspect would be a bit quieter than the main inn since it is not directly above the pub. This is a very quite place! Staff were supremely helpful and the small...

We found this place by chance, just at the evening before our arrival, after we had to cancel the original place we booked. This exclusive inn is charming place, with very nice rooms (we had the superior double room, which is located in a separate building). And the staff were very nice and welcoming. The place has also an excellent...

Booked in this place from a Sunday for two nights so we could visit Chatsworth and surrounding area. Trying to book for a weekend (Fri - Sunday) I found almost impossible, so this turned out to be the best way. They did a great deal, offering two nights B&B, with a three course meal on one of the nights plus...

We stayed here for two nights whilst visiting the Chatsworth Estate and couldn't have been happier - the pub is postcard-pretty and well decorated, and our room was lovely. Great touches like proper filter coffee and delicious local biscuits. The food in the pub was great pub grub and the staff were outstanding, such a warm welcome.

We had great expectations for this place but were a little disappointed. On getting to our room we found the toilet hadn't been flushed or cleaned after the previous occupant. Our room was above the restaurant & the noise was very loud.

Stayed at this Inn with a friend a couple of weeks ago. We felt that the customer service was poor and when asking about the local area some staff members knowledge was lacking which was surprising. The breakfasts were good but missing some components i.e. black pudding which it said it included on the menu and food seems rationed half...

I really wanted to give a great review. The food was good, the staff were great but the noise in our room during the night woke me at 2am and continued through the night. It sounded like a washing machine on full spin speed was right below our room (ewe). If you stay here AVOID the ewe room !!

We were in the Bramley room which is classed as a Petite Double. Even though the room was smallish, it was fine for the 2 of us as a place to rest our heads after exploring Chatsworth and Bakewell. In the room is a kettle, plenty of tea bags (Earl Grey, Decaf, Pepermint and normal Tea), a couple of sachets...

Thank-you for your review. I am pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us and had an 'Excellent Stay'. As well as seeing you enjoyed other parts of the Chatsworth Estate including the Farm Shop. Myself and the team here, hope to welcome you back soon so you can enjoy more of our tasty food.
