I arrived with several bags of Xmas presents and Mark, the bell man, was incredibly helpful. Realized it didn’t make sense to gave them in my room only to have to bring them back to the lobby the following day. He brought them back to the lobby and kept them locked up until the next morning. He carried them to the taxi for me and was just an all-around helpful staffer who was incredibly service-oriented. I work at a service-oriented organization, and mark epitomizes customer service!

Hotel's Favourite
We were promptly greeted and given a brief overview of amenities. The hotel was beautiful, our room was clean and comfortable. The bedding and linens were nice quality. The views were stunning. At night, I stared from our room window in awe. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The location was a great area to walk everywhere. I would definitely return.

Awien was fantastic. She was extremely sweet and accommodating. The check in was extremely fast. My room is beautiful with an awesome view. I will definitely be coming back to stay at the London House to see Awien!

I booked my room through hotels.com and messaged the staff that this was a surprise for my boyfriend. He has always wanted to see Chicago the musical in Chicago! The staff went above and beyond, and gave us the perfect view, and chocolate covered strawberries. All the staff is amazing!! The lobby staff are super wonderful, warm, and inviting. Thank you so much for making this trip unforgettable. I will be recommending this hotel to all my friends and businesses that we work with. Thank you!

Our stay at the London house was amazing rooms were clean and cozy, check in and check out was easy, and had the luxury of In and out privileges with valet. I was also surprised with the most wonderful engagement with the help of Manny and photographer Lindsey. They were the absolute dream team to work with and provided for a memorable night.

Manny was the absolute best when helping to plan a surprise engagement. He detailed every step of the process and helped to get me in touch with the best photographer to capture the moment. The views from the cupola were unreal and the services provided were unmatched! Couldn’t have asked for a better individual to help plan this special day and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to plan an engagement in the future.

If you are looking for the best possible way to propose to your loved one, look no further. Manny does a phenomenal job in coordinating and building out the perfect proposal package tailored to your specific needs. While Lindsay and her husband are meticulous in capturing your special moment in the LondonHouse’s private rooftop cupola. The view and pictures provided by this wonderful package are unmatched. Not to mention, that both Manny and Lindsay were such a joy to work with.

I came to Chicago for the first time on business trip and the woman at check in, Valerie, was very friendly and asked what brought me to the city. She inquired if I had special plans since it was my first time visiting. Unfortunately, all I had time was for meetings and to catch a flight. She told me I at least needed to experience an "awesome view" to wake up to and said she was going to take care of me. She did not disappoint! I would absolutely return to London House!
