I enjoyed my two night accommodation at the Warwick due to its stylish interiors that give a nod to the fascinating history of the place (former 20s era bachelor pad). Close proximity to many fab restaurants and tourist attractions i.e. Navy Pier, Millennium Park etc. is a definite plus. Reasonably priced room service, breakfast cafe and house bar are great...

Best of times for a quick trip to the windy city. Rio our receptionist made it a thousand times better when we arrived and she checked us in. The location is out of this world right in the middle of Magnificent Mile. Plus the rooms are to die for! Can't wait to come back!!!

The Warwick Allerton-Chicago is an excellent choice for business or pleasure travel on Michigan Ave. You can't beat the location, just a block from Water Tower. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms comfortable and clean. We'll be back.

My family and I stayed here for 4 days. The staff was very nice. But the room was very small. Not big enough for a family of 4 to move around. Also very drafty. The shower was great though and you can't beat the price and location ( right on the magnificent mile.) The worst part was that the elevators...

The staff was wonderful. We arrived early and asked for early check in. We were upgraded to a lovely suite and allowed to check in three hours early. The suite was spacious, and really made the time spent in the hotel room more relaxing. We had an amazing view of the city from the 21st floor. Came away from last...

We were staying at a neighboring hotel, but booked a room at this hotel on a Tuesday afternoon, for a Wed night stay because we were concerned that our flight (which had already been cancelled once), was going to be cancelled again, leaving us without a room. I found the front desk staff (most notably Danielle) to be warm, welcoming,...

Good evening! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for your recent stay with us. We were very happy to have you, and I too like our hotel more than the neighboring hotels. I am so glad to hear that Danielle extended you such a warm welcome and that we had the opportunity to turn your cancelled...

Our room was very tiny, but more importantly, it was uncomfortable. I've stayed in small rooms in New York, Paris, etc, but the space was not managed effectively. This was particularly true of the bathroom. There was no bathtub and the toilet was so big in relation to the rest of the bathroom, you could barely use it. Our knees...

Good evening Chelsea, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review about our hotel. We are sorry to hear that you did not have a satisfactory room experience and that you suffered inconvenient waits with our elevators. For clarification, guests are welcome to use our service elevator, all they have to do is press the service elevator button;...

I would like to express our disappointment with your hotel, my wife and I go on getaways at least once a month and we always try different hotels if we like them we go again or save for a special occasion. We checked in on Saturday for the St. Pattys day parade, after approximately 10 minutes our room was ready...

This was a "package" deal, so don't be too surprised. I had a smallish room sandwiched between the elevator banks. This meant a bit of mechanical noise and the inevitable talking by people waiting for or exiting the conveyance. Staff were fine, although housekeeping was overly anxious. And parking! I figure that it cost about twice as much per square...

This was our first time staying at this hotel. From the time we exited our taxi, we were greeted with a smile and asked if they could help with our one small overnight luggage. My husband and I were on a getaway date night as we live local. We got a great internet rate, and decided to stay here to...
