Stayed here for four nights over Memorial Day weekend and have to say this was a very good hotel. First, the location is excellent and cannot be beat. The hotel is in the heart of downtown, one block over from all the shopping along Michigan Avenue. A five minute walk to L train stations, buses stop right along Michigan Ave...

I stayed at the Red Roof Inn (Miracle Mile) while on business between Nov. 12 and 17, 2012. It was the most affordable hotel in the area with available rooms. It was a decent hotel. The staff did not go out of their way to be nice, but that wasn't important to me. The room was pretty good, with a...

Thank you for taking your valuable time to post a review. We give travelers a great value and our location is one of the best in Chicago. In addition to our standard rooms, we offer deluxe rooms for a slightly higher rate. They not only are larger, but also have a micro fridge, work desk and chair, plus a lounge...

Hotel is respectable, clean, great location downtown Chicago. Rooms are small. I had a situation that the front desk personnell (Vanessa Batten) and valet service/concierge went over the top to help me with. I locked my keys in my vehicle. Had AAA there in less than an hour. She also helped people with bag check, room issues and several people...

Thank you for review and I am glad your calamity turned out to be less stressful than it could have been. I will certainly pass on your remarks to Vanessa and the valet attendant. All of the staff is here to assist our guests in any way we can. However, this situation called for measures outside our normal duties and...

Vanessa at the front desk was very friendly. Fast check out process. Will return when in Chicago! Best restaurants located nearby, most if not all in walkable distance. Shopping at a premium. Building is older, but the price is right.

I find the location of this hotel to ideal. The rooms are a bit small and the building is old but the value for your money is great! I also have had very excellent guest services here. They were very accommodating is a scheduling issue. Also, bonus, free wifi!

The location is the best bit. The building looks much better on the outside than it does inside, where it feels old and tired. The corridors have a bit of a boarding house feel about them and the room was basic. That said, it was clean and had everything I needed. The worst part is the noise. There's minimal noise...

Arrived here in some trepidation when, after my last-minute booking, I read the very hostile tripadvisor reviews; but was pleasantly surprised. This is a well-located, no-frills, functional mid-price hotel. The room was clean and a reasonable size at this price, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There is no restaurant but that is really not a problem as there...

Thank you very much for your review. I am glad you found us to be a pleasant surprise. We are here to serve our guests and do everything we can to ensure our stay is a positive one. I stayed one night, it cost me $400. My room smelt of sewerage. My credit card was stolen (not in the hotel) the staff were helpful, letting me hang around the lobby and use the Internet to contact my bank and get sorted out. Might be ok when rates aren't so crazy. Certainly a good location.

First, the receptionist at the check in desk had an attitude. The room needs serious updates. The beds were uncomfable and were saging. There was no breakfast or pool and jacuzzi. and you had to go to the reception desk to get ice. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Thank you for review. I sincerely apologize your stay was not a pleasant one. I am surprised you did not like the bed in your room. We had a wonderful experience with the Red Roof Inn-Downtown Chicago. They got us into our rooms at 11 am (amazing!) and were super friendly.
