The hotel staff was friendly all through my stay. My flight arrived very early in the morning, but the front desk was able to give me an early check in. I had a room in the east tower. It was a good size, with adequate wardrobe space, for single occupancy, but could have been a little crowded for two. The...

Hotel is close to millennium park and shopping but other hotels are closer. I get the rooms were updated but get more like covered up. I've stayed at the loews before in Chicago and plan to stay there next time.

Rooms are clean, bed is comfortable. Everyone from reception to bell hops are friendly and accommodating. While the breakfast is very expensive, the 2nd floor bar is a treat- unlike any I've been in. If you're shopping, or taking in the sights, this is a great place to start

The hotel started out promising when we checked in at the main lobby. The doormen and bellmen were nice and we had a lot of stuff to unload. We made our way to the front desk to check in. The clerk made a comment that we were a little close to the elevator, but I didn't mind and she didn't...

Our room was dirty when we arrived. Crumbs on the tables and hair in the bath tub. Not what I would expect from the Hyatt. We probably won't stay here again in the future. It was our first time at the Hyatt and last.

I had an opportunity to stay in this hotel twice in the past two years. Both the times my experience was very good. The hotel is very close to the famous Navy Piere & bang opposite to the trump tower. It takes around 35 mins from the airport to reach this hotel, however it is quite accessible to get there...

We are just humble country folk, so we may be easily impressed by fancy stuff that others take as their due. And impressed we were. My husband and I had both attended events here over the years but this was our first overnight. We are loyal Hyatt Rewards customers, but we generally prefer the Hyatt Place brand, where our points...

Stayed here with the significant other for two nights while visiting Chicago. Easy check-in, great/friendly staff and clean hotel. The hotel is very big and was very busy during our stay. The hotel had a couple of bars and restaurants and was easy to navigate. The location of the hotel was amazing... blocks from the Navy Pier, Millennium Park, the...

Stayed at Hyatt before. Location of hotel to shopping on Michigan avenue within walking distance. Only complaints-walls in room thin. Could hear the girls in the next room throughout the night as if they were in the same room as us.
