I had business at Rush Medical Center, so this was the perfect location. The other advantage it is easy to get downtown Chicago if you are want to doing any exploring or go to one of the many excellent restaurants in the city. The room was spacious, very clean, the beds awesome- slept like a baby, and the towels nice... More

The rooms are average, a bit worn but the staff are terrific. Very helpful and go out of their way to help. E.g. We wanted to park a car for only 30 minutes and rather than charge us valet they just parked us for free.

So i was here the weekend of Jan 4th, aka when hell froze over and the high was 1 degree. I was there for business, so I didn't pick the hotel. It was very close to the United Center, if it wasn't super cold Id say you can walk there. But thankfully theres also a Shuttle that will take you... More

We stayed here last year and it was great. Big Karris has to be THE best part of staying here. He really makes getting around very easy and fun. He is from the area and knows all the ins and outs of the area. The rest of the staff were fine. The room was clean. I had requested a few... More

Let me preface this review by saying that I do not get out into the downtown Chicago area often, and I only stayed at this hotel over the weekend because I was (attempting to) celebrate my three year anniversary. We were (unfortunately) booked for this hotel through Priceline, using a blind-bid for a 3 1/2 star hotel. I am usually... More

Truer words have never been spoken than "A night to forget." After checking in around 3, all was fine. Upon entering the room, we immediately realized how noisy the room and area were. Being placed directly next to the stairs definitely didn't help, but the walls were paper thin. Disregarding this issue, since we figured people would end up becoming... More

This hotel was a ten-minute taxi ride from downtown, but was in an area of awesome restaurants two blocks away! We had a late-evening appetizer and drink from the hotel restaurant. The flat-bread pizza was good and the service was quick, even though it was close to the time for the kitchen to close. Hotel staff at the front desk... More

The facility speaks for itself...Kudos to the staff especially the front desk personnel who are extremely engaging in a very professional manner. Patrick exemplifies what customer service is all about as he goes the extra mile and makes you feel genuinely at home away from home. The concierge Julian also represents well and pays attention to details. Good job Ladies... More

We were greated with rude comments for being Hawks fans. We were double charged for their mandatory valet parking. And were never refunded. They checked us out of the room and we were in the car ready to go and they brought us back in and argued that we did not pay the parking fee, and would not let us... More

Overall, I can say that my trip for business, considering it is less than a week away from Christmas was great. Not only is the hotel in proximity to many good eateries, in which shuttle transportation is available free of charge, but the environment has a tranquility about it. It is a "I know I am in Chicago but does... More
