Thank you Tecia for the laughs and for a wonderful welcome into your hotel. I had a great stay, and its owed to your attention and exemplary service. Although, the contemporary styling and views of the Chicago skyline didn't hurt either.

I surprised my husband with a trip to Chicago for our 9th anniversary. It started off with an amazing stay at the Blackstone. Make sure you book a room with a view. We had room 1618 and it was perfection. The greatest view. My only complaint would be the softness of the bed. Otherwise this hotel didn't miss a beat....

Hello, Sherrel, Happy Anniversary! My favorite room is the "18" room, too! Love, love, love the view. I'm sorry you thought the bed was soft - not generally a concern that we hear! We love our location, as well, and glad you enjoyed it. Come back and visit soon! Kim C General Manager

Jorge and Tekita were super helpful at the front desk, they knew I was new to Chicago and were super welcoming and kind! I really appreciated it! It really goes to show how kind the staff is in this hotel! I also wanted to find a comic book place and Jorge helped me find some around this area! Tekita also...

I spent a quick night at the Renaissance Blackstone Chicago when in Chicago for business recently. I didn't check in until after 9 pm, and was out by 7 the next morning, but the hotel was great for my needs. The rooms are recently renovated in a way that combines modern and historic into a cool boutique vibe. Upon check-in...

I'm always traveling for business and staying in hotels, so when I come across great service it's very refreshing! Tekita is amazing and she was extremely helpful. She helped me get my rewards number up and going again and she's been very helpful in finding places to go and things to do around the city. I wish there was a...

I travel nationwide for work. Sadly I arrived @10pm & got stuck w\ a small room w\ small windows. I was so disappointed because the hotel looks amazing and the lobby is beautiful but my room was a let down. Cramped. I asked Ethan at the front for help and he was able to place me in a huge room...

I was welcomed by a very friendly receptionist and although I arrived much earlier than the 3pm check in after an overnight train from Washington, she was more than happy to check me in straightaway. One of the nicest hotel rooms on my 12 day USA trip - lovely modern bathroom with a good size bedroom overlooking great views of...

We booked a short "staycation" at one of the Blackstone's most historic rooms, the Suite of Presidents! The staff at check in were friendly and were able to get us an early check in for the day which was much appreciated. Once we entered the room we were amazed by the size and grandiose design of the room. The room...

We had a great stay at the Blackstone except for one item (which is why it is a 3 vs. a 5). Great bell hop - super friendly guy. Also folks at checkin/checkout very friendly. We were impressed with the size of the room considering this was an old hotel. A side room but we could still see the Field...
