After a lovely visit to the Blackstone as a couple, we decided stay there again, this time as a family. The location of the hotel was directly across the street from White Sox fest which made the trip easy and stress free. The stay was even better the second time around. Just because this hotel is historic doss not mean... More

This is the hotel to visit!!! The old style feel of the hotel is amazing, lobby is outstanding and beds are incredible! The highlight of the stay was the Front Desk Ambassador Tekita. Her smile, positive attitude and willingness to serve the guests is above and beyond. This hotel has a real gem in this associate!!!

I have spent two nights at the Renaissance Blackstone Hotel in chicago following a work trip in the area. The hotel is in a good location close to the lake, the art musem, the bean, the park and many other tourist attractions. The reception area is not the nicer but the twin room had a nice decor, quite large with... More

From the moment Tekita Bryant welcomed me at the reception, i knew this was going to be a wonderful stay. Warm, friendly, professional - exactly what one is looking for! I have had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful classic hotel a few times and each time is a pleasure. Try to get a view of the lake.

The Blackstone is truly a beautiful hotel . The lobby is beautifully ornate and the rooms almost feel home like. Try and get a room towards the east facing north so you can see the city and the lake at once . If you have marriott status the lounge provides appetizers, desert, and honor bar . We will for sure... This property is lovely, with stunning views of the city and very well maintained guest rooms. Everyone from the agent at check-in, Ethan, and the other agent at the desk - I believe her name was Kristina - was incredibly friendly and helpful. The property itself was very clean and comfortable. I loved the beautiful bathroom and that they provided... More

What a great hotel to stay in, in a great city. originally had a room on the 23rd floor looking over the city but made a request for a room overlooking Millenium Park. Ethan Schild, the Front Desk Ambassador was extremely helpful & facilitated my request. I enjoyed 3 more nights with the sun rising up from the lake and... More

I enjoyed a wonderful stay at The Renaissance Hotel. The check-in process was smooth and Tekita, who checked me in helped me feel welcomed. The rooms were gorgeous, comfortable, and clean and the food was tasty. The customer service from all of the staff was terrific. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
