This property backs to a raised Chicago Subway line and is very noisy. Suggest you google map the address and see for yourself before booking. My wife and daughter left after one sleepless night when the trains came by every 15-20 minutes. My wife arrived late at night (10:30pm) and my daughter about 45 minutes later. The trains ran all...

I booked on Priceline and there where a few irregularities with payment. The staff made it right with us, and hopefully will get the bugs worked out of indirect booking for the future. The room itself was very pretty but a little chilly on first floor near entry door. A gas insert in the old fireplace would help with comfort...

We enjoyed our stay at the Wicker Park Inn. Although it was a cold winter weekend our accommodations were quite cozy warm and very home feeling. I would definitely stay here again in the future. The details and clean apartment coupled with very nice furniture accompaniments made this very special. Easy parking and walking distance to many restaurants and train...

We went in July for the Fare The Well Grateful Dead Reunion July 4th Weekend. Upon arrival we loved the size and value. When we got in I paid the full amount forgetting I had already paid a $100 deposit which was to be put towards our payment. I mentioned to them the next day that we had put down...

Chicago is my home. I live in LA now. This place gives me the feeling like I never left Chicago. Great neighborhood location. The staff was friendly. Nice bed, great shower, kitchen was set up very nicely. It felt like home. I wish there where more places like this. It seems like every hotel is downtown. I hope to stay...

I am a singer and was attending a Cabaret Conference in the Wicker Park area. Googled what was available and looked on-line. Liked what I saw of the Wicker Park Inn, its tree-lined residential street, plus it was less than a five minute walk away from where the Conference was. My room was on the second floor back, off the...

The staff was very attentive and helpful. The accommodations were comfy, but the proximity to the trains made sleep impossible once rush hour began. I checked the opposite side of the building, thinking that I might switch to escape the noise, but it was actually worse over there. Only when I mentioned the noise was I issued earplugs (it might...

Wicker Park Inn was incredible! My husband and I spent 2 nights here in June 2015, and we so enjoyed our time. The location was perfect, Wicker Park is one of the most hip neighborhoods in Chicago and has so many incredible restaurants and things to do! It was a quick 10 minute walk to the center of Wicker Park...

Wicker Park Inn is in a very nice neighborhood. Lots to do around it and convenient to get to downtown Chicago. Our room was fine. My only complaint is there is not a comfortable common room. The place you have breakfast is rather basic. It is not a congenial place but our room couldn't have been nicer.
