Forgot my ID at check in, almost didn’t get my room because my boyfriend wasn’t allowed to check in for me. We also had to use his credit card even though mine was already in the system. Also don’t get your hopes up with the app. I was under the impression that it would play music, dim lights, get room service, and be our mobile check in. None of these things were available and neither was the famous rooftop. Fine rooms, just a bad experience.

Mine and my wife’s stay was wonderful. The front desk staff was accommodating, especially Andrew. Everyone at the hotel was helpful and happy to help with any questions we had. We’ve stayed at other hotels in Chicago, but this is by far our favorite. It’s conveniently located to everything.

My stay at the Virgin Chicago is always exceptional from the front desk staff to the staff behind the scenes. My accommodations are always great, room is always very clean, whenever I need anything by calling hotel services, it is brought immediately.

My mom and I only stayed one night here because I need to be in Chicago to apply for my student visa but it was one of the best experiences I've ever had in a hotel. The room was super cute and modern and the location of the hotel is very convenient. But what stood out to me the most was the amazing customer service. I was very unprepared for my student visa appointment and Junito at the front desk was super helpful! He printed a million things for me and helped me find a notary among various other things I needed help with. He did this all without making me feel like a burden and with a smile on his face!

The hotel is very conveniently located near most downtown Chicago attraction. The room is well decorated but tiny room. Reminded me of some hotels in Europe. Ok for one night if you don't have luggage. No place to open up a full size suitcase. No open restaurants or bars on site. Will not be coming back
