This was the perfect location to stay. Easy access from both Midway Airport and O'Hare. Easy access to the trains. Great restaurants in the surrounding area and fabulous access to all of the local theatres.

We almost always stay at Hampton, and we are frequent travelers. This Hampton was NOT typical. Doors were locked upon arrival and staff would not answer phone to let us in. Another guest let us in and we had to wait at desk for staff....More

This property is adjacent to one of the theatres and in cold weather a great advantage in staying warm when attending a show. There are also so many restaurants and bars within walking distance--6 blocks or less. Great service and nice rooms.

This hotel was wonderful, from the most present staff, competitive prices, and location! I’d give it a 10. This hotel is connected to the CIBC theater that is currently showing Hamilton the musical, the only reason to go outside is to take pictures of the...More

Michelin-rated restaurants, upscale hotels, premier

HI, I was just there last week. The valet can hold your bags, no problem. There was a cutoff time for the valet for your car after checkout. I think it was 3pm, but I would call the hotel to double check.

State street has all the major stores and also has a couple malls. It's a very underrated shopping area because Michigan Ave is 2 blocks away. Shouldn't be too far of a walk to get to the Magnificent Mile on Michigan Ave. If... More
