We stayed in August. The location is great. Easy walk to Navy Pier and other locations. Great lobby and bar area. The room was nice, but the bathroom small. Our room over looked the lake, but the windows could’ve been cleaner. Friendly and accommodating staff....More

A fantastic location with incredible views. However, a disappointing stay versus our expectations and versus what we paid. The rooms were not being serviced due to the strike which is understandable, however no discount or compensation was offered. The swimming pool was closed for annual...More

Streeterville is where visitors head for play at Navy Pier, a pseudo amusement park and development of restaurants, shops, rides, and other activities. You’ll find lots of action and excitement on the docks. Along the pier, you’ll see the statue of the captain for whom Streeterville is named. While you enjoy your fair share of sightseeing at the pier, you can also visit other popular attractions there such as
the Chicago Children’s Museum and the Chicago Shakespeare Theater. Off the pier you’ll find more restaurants from low-cost pubs to high-end establishments. Arts and culture aficionados should be sure not to miss the Museum of Contemporary Art.

Not sure about dog policy. Contact hotel direct for answer and costs etc but there were lots of locals around the hotel with dogs so would assume it’s Ok. As for grass areas. There is plenty of space around the hotel streets. A short 10 Minutes walk to the “Bean” has plenty of park area. There is also a small park area across near the Wharf.
