My boyfriend was in town for a convention, so we went early to have a fun weekend. Friday evening check-in went smoothly, but it took about 30 mins for our luggage to arrive to the room, even after calling to ask about it. The room was luxurious, as expected, but the first night, we didn't have a top sheet on...

A weekend stay at the Peninsula Chicago was a birthday gift for my wife, so I called in advance to have a special Birthday amenity brought to our room before our 3:00 PM check in on Saturday; our actual arrival was at 4:00 PM. The amenity was not in our room when we arrived; either was the roll away bed...

This hotel is everything you would expect in a luxury facility. Stayed here between Christmas and New Years therefore it wasn't very crowded. We bought an upgrade to an Executive Suite on a special they were running. Great corner room. Heating vents were noiseless. Never saw a cart for room cleaning so they must bring them into the rooms. The...

I would like to stay here all the time! It was lovely – very comfortable. Our double room had 2 chairs and a loveseat and was beautifully decorated. There were lots of hooks and towel bars and shelves in the bathroom, which I always appreciate. It was a special occasion and the manager provided us with a complimentary bottle of...

We had a very nice experience here for wonderful service, this hotel now become our best memory in Chicago. Everything we need just asking and the butler almost can help us, however, he never over disturb much time. Besides, they have a very nice English afternoon in the lobby, if you have some time there, you should try.

Excellent hotel, excellent staff (minus the bar), and extremely kid-friendly. We took advantage of the pool and spa, as well as a great room-service breakfast both mornings. They were quick to respond to any request, and did so with a smile. We loved every minute and can't wait to return!

You really can't go wrong when you stay at the Peninsula. We went to Chicago for a family event and stayed in 2 rooms. Both were equally impressing and the service was impeccable. Would recommend it for business or pleasure. It is close by to everything the Magnificent Mile offers, too.

This was our third stay at The Peninsula Chicago, first time with a baby.
