I stayed here for a work trip and I was satisfied with the location and the housekeeping. The rooftop bar is also fun with a great atmosphere. I think the gym is the nicest accommodation though. Would stay here again.

This trip was the best, my friends and I had planned this trip for a couple of months so when we finally got here everything was expected and more. Every staff member was awesome from Front Office, Loss Prevention, Housekeeping and In Room Dining. The rooms were beautiful and was really high up, I request to have early check in,...

Problem 1 - as a lifetime platinum, i was told i was upgraded. Nice. Except that the upgrade was for an incredibly dark room, on a low floor, next to the elevator and across from the ice room. Seriously. Problem 2 - long day. ordered a pizza in the lobby lounge. 25 minutes later it comes, and the lower half...

Place was super-close to where I needed to be on business, and is pretty convenient to the orange line from Midway. Walking into the lobby, I thought it was attractive, but finding the front desk was not easy. Room was decent sized, and pro/con - looked out into a courtyard of sorts. Pro, I suspect this was a quieter room...

I spent 2 separate weeks at this hotel on business, for which my company required me to book the cheapest room available (still fairly expensive). The first week I was "upgraded" to a room that couldn't possibly have been any tinier, so I'm a little bit frightened to imagine what my original booking would have been like. The room had...

In town on business and this hotel was very close to where we needed to be. Check-in was smooth and our room was available early. Beds are comfortable and the room was clean. Close to restaurants and the bar in the hotel is nice.

The hotel itself was great. It was within walking distance of almost everything we wanted to do while in town. You walk into a really nice looking bar area as well a very modern looking lobby. If we didn't have a 6 year old with us we would have spent some time down there. Check in went smooth. The elevator...

The room was a very generous size and well appointed. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. The lighting could have been a bit better in the room itself (i.e. brighter by the mirror and closet and desk). The location of the hotel is great and a plus was that the shuttle to McCormick Place also stopped there. I do wish free...
