We have stayed at Club Quarters in Boston & Philadelphia and in both cases we very pleased with the stay. Not the case at the Club Quarters in Chicago. (Adams St). First off when I booked the reservation there was no mention that the restaurant in the hotel or the bar were under construction and was closed. Second was the...

Such a huge pleasant surprise - all the amenities of a luxury hotel, and a fraction of the price. Extraordinary warm service and clubhouse gym. Everything from booking to check out was smooth, and no surprises. the block is full of ethnic and modern restaurants, including a starbucks right out the door. The train to Ohare was a block away,...

What a horrible experience! I'm not sure where to begin. It started with the check in experience. I arrived to the hotel at 9:30am to check-in, there was a room available. However, I was told to pay 30$ to enter it. So i waited and asked for breakfast recommendations. I was given directions to a restaurant that was two blocks...

The rooms can run small, not every room has a mini-fridge, the cordless phone wasn't working for the third trip in a row, you can't control the thermostat, you can't open up the windows. With all that being said, Pedro and Sierra at the front desk make it all better. They are hospitable, full of suggestions, will try and solve...

Convenient in the Loop. Room small but clean. I was near the elevator so a fair amount of hallway noise. In-room mini fridge and microwave. Free bottles of water are available on each floor, unlimited. Restaurant closed for renovation right now. I would stay here again.

We stayed here for one night and it was nice. Nothing to fancy but clean and close to everything we needed. The parking was a little farther than we thought but the hotel reimbursed us for it. It was a nice place

The hotel is directly located in the Loop, many attractions can therefore be reached on foot. The Service was quick, friendly, just as you wish hotel staff to be. The room was nothing extraordinary, but definitely worth the Price! There was a coffee machine with two capsules being refilled every day, the room was (most importantly!) clean andso was the...

We've stayed at this Club Quarters three times in the past three months and three times last year. We're pretty savvy travelers and stay in a lot of hotel rooms both overseas and stateside, and there's really not anything negative I can say about this hotel. I can only say good things. First is location. Location, location, location. If you're...

Unexpected value and quality... room was clean, efficient, comfortable, and above all quiet. Arrived on a Friday, after a long trip... on St. Patrick's day. Went to sleep early on that plush bed and was well rested for my Chicago visit. Restaurants and shopping right out the front door; a short walk to the lakefront with all it's attractions. Nicholas...

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend when we were visiting for the Chicago Half Matathon in September (great race!) and we really enjoyed the stay. The rooms were small, it plenty of space for us to get ready and out and about. The view was nice as it overlooked the streets and we could see what was...
