Decided to come here around the holidays for some much needed R&R from a crazy year. Beautiful hotel, my views were not the best, but the hotel has great views of the city.Upon entry you see the safety measures that this hotel has implement for safety. My stay here was just one night and the restaurants were closing by the time I decided to dine. Will definitely come back to enjoy the other amenities.

My husband and I booked the ambassador king suite for our honeymoon. We only stayed one night. We spent over $500 on this room for the night and left feeling pretty disappointed. The staff was friendly, so that was not the issue. However, there was only one washcloth in the room, only one robe and no slippers (as advertised with such an expensive room), there was an empty water bottle left in the room, there was only one single disposable coffee cup, there was a bunch of hair underneath the bathroom trash can (which I accidentally knocked over & noticed it), only one complimentary bottle of water (again, advertised with the room that we would have water bottles), and it just overall was NOT worth the money at all. This was really a disappointment as this was our one night that we had to get away to spend our honeymoon. We wish the room would have been actually stocked, as well as cleaned. We’ve unfortunately had a better experience at a motel.

Thank you for sharing your review. It is a delight to learn that the service of the staff worked perfectly for you. On the other hand, we feel sad knowing that your experience was less than satisfying due to the cleanliness of the room and availability of some amenities at that time. We appreciate the feedback and will use it to fine tune our operations in the hope that upon your next visit, we can meet or exceed your expectations.

It’s in the heart of everything. But that’s about it. Room was filthy. The carpet was disgusting our socks were black by the time we left. You really need to clean that carpet it was bad! Bedding had holes in it. Vents were dusty (arent they supposed to be clean with covid?) The toilet area is so small and there was stains on the walls. I can only assume it’s fecal (yuck) we wiped everything down with Clorox wipes and Lysol and our wipes were dirty. Very dusty and dirty room. Needs a good cleaning. We were in a corner room 1103 and we could smell our neighbors marijuana smell most the night. Even made me dizzy. The patio is fake and you can only open it a few inches. Very odd I would NOT stay again To check in there is like 2 spaces for cars. Then you go into the ramp and you walk a ways to get to the elevator, then you struggle getting in these small door ways with your luggage. Unless you’re a ‘Tesla’ you have to park way far from the door. Wow!

Thank you for posting a review. It is a delight to know that the strategic location of our hotel worked perfectly for you. On the other hand, we are saddened to hear that we fell short of your expectations due to the cleanliness of the room, especially the carpet, ventilation, toilet, bedding and the condition of the parking at that time. Providing our guests with a comfortable and relaxing experience is of extreme importance to us and we are sorry if we may have missed the mark. Know that your voice has been heard and this will be forwarded to the hotel management for further improvement of our services. While we understand if you do not wish to return, we'd love to have the opportunity to serve you and offer you a more seamless experience in the future.

Myself and a friend took a weekend trip to Chicago. We had always wanted to go and try out a deep dish pizza. Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel was a great choice of hotel. We ended up getting a room with a balcony and the views were awesome. The location was great too, so many things were in walking distance, including a CVS (always handy), restaurants, and even Millennium Park. The pool was awesome too! They had cabanas around the pool area which was awesome to be able to get out of the sun during the summer heat and also have our own space. The staff was welcoming and helpful on our mission for a deep dish!!

We brought our kids downtown to enjoy the Frostys pop up package. Holiday decor was very cute and well done. Yet given covid you really can only walk through take a few photos and retreat to your room. The room... we had a double with a balcony. The room was cramped for the 4 of us. The room was not very clean. Giant dust balls/webs hanging in ceiling corners. Sheets had what looked like red juice spilled down the side (likely one of the “frostys cocktails” you get at check in. But why wasn’t it cleaned up? I didn’t notice it till later in the evening and couldn’t deal with requesting a new room. The desk and nightstand had food spots caked on them. The worst was the constant slamming of doors around us. Anytime someone would come or go the whole room shook and it was so loud. This went on till 2am. Neighbors smoking marijuana throughout our stay made it all that more unpleasant with constant odor. Bathroom had no extras like cotton balls. We couldn’t wait to leave in the morning and almost left without even sleeping there it was so disruptive and frankly dirty. I definitely get the feeling given the ability to get a room for $109 a night ppl are coming here to party. For us we paid over $360 for the Frosty experience for our kids to have a change of scenery and well... I’d never recommend the pkg or this hotel.
