Had better amenities at the Howard Johnson in wausau, wi. Towels like sand paper, sheets not tight to the mattress, charge for WiFi, can't use frig, glad I don't go to the city often, totally over rated and over priced.More

We regret that you chose to address these issues after the fact rather than simply speaking with someone at the hotel during your visit, which would have provided you with a more pleasant experience. While we have never fielded linen issues to the degree you...More

The rooms here are very nice and have plenty of room for one or two people. Everything was clean and the televisions even offered Netflix and Hulu if you have a login. The views from the inside rooms are terrible but I wouldn't let that...More

Thank you for the overall positive review. One of our architect’s greatest challenges was incorporating a 21st Century hotel into a 20th Century structure. In the early 1900’s before air conditioning and efficient lighting, buildings of this caliber were designed with a central open core...More

I spent a weekend in Chicago at the J W Marriott. It was excellent. After a quick early check on Friday at 11:30am, concierge made a reservation for us at Lawry's, not an easy place to get into on a Saturday night at 7:30 pm....More

Opened up earlier Monday thru Friday than on weekends for excellent breakfasts. Can’t recall exact times - front desk staff very responsive and would provide exact times for when you plan to be there.
