We stayed just for a short overnight enroute to Mexico. The hotel is a good 25 minutes east of the airport, close to downtown waterfront area. Didn't have enough time to explore the neighborhood. Hotel lobby is very swanky. Nice bar area. Front desk staff very pleasant. One of them was able to help my wife get some last minute...

I regularly stay here for work as I have a client almost across the street. This is a great hotel in the JW brand: spacious lobby, well appointed rooms, fantastic staff, and all the things you expect from JW. The fitness center/gym is amazing for a hotel gym. Free weights! Dumbells to 100, barbells, 45 plates, and a deadlift/trap bar?!...

Best, I mean Best Chicago Hotel! I have stayed there several times and the hotel does not disappoint. The location is in good walking distance to a lot of attractions. The hotel lobby and exterior has a nice appearance. There is a Starbucks within about a four minute walk which is always helpful. The valet is easy to use and...

We booked a room with a wedding block of rooms and couldn't have been happier with this hotel. The room was lovely with a great bathroom and the floor was very quiet. The front desk staff was welcoming and we were allowed a late checkout. Fantastic Sunday breakfast at the Florentine too. Perfect stay.

We stayed here for one night when we had tickets for Hamilton. Proximity to the theatre was great, and the bathroom was really nice, but we preferred the Renaissance on the river and would likely stay there next time we are in town. We had an atrium room, so just a view of the grey interior of the building. It...

Pretty mixed stay for one night on business. Room 984. Positives: - Front desk staff were great, room service arrived on time and the fitness center is well equipped. Negatives: - Can't make the room dark as there are only thin curtains - Sink didn't drain properly - Lukewarm water for the shower - Bathroom smelled as if someone expired...

The JW Marriott on the loop in downtown Chicago benefits from the quality of its restaurant, Florentine. It's 24 hour room service has the same quality as the restaurant and enough variety no the menu to order from several times. Hotel has a nice light citrus smell and everything feels of a nice quality.

I tried to book through the Marriott site, but could not as it told me there was an error. I switched computers and got the same answer, to I booked through Expedia. Bad move as this knocked out my free wifi and there is NO 4G access in the room. The arrival was very nice, the room was as expected....

With business downtown in the financial district (Federal Reserve Bank, Board of Trade, Banks), a great place to stay as everything is walkable About a $60.00 cab ride from O'Hare. just blocks from Union Station (train & buses). Only here one night, did not try food nor bar. Nice restful sleep.

A touch of luxury in the heart of downtown Chicago. It is located near the theaters in the center of the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are luxurious and spacious. If you have a chance order room service.
