Trying to be cool but lacks basic services

They only make up your room every other day due to CoVID concerns. Enough said! What type of joke is this for 220 per night? Please hire staff and do not make up excuses. Also, I was given a room facing a wall, basically a cage. Never again.

Best service and restaurant around!

Mrs. Cindy B was an awesome host at the front I’m not sure if she remembers me, but she definitely made me feel welcomed she gave me and my lady help with housing our luggage while we waited for and Uber to search the city even after checking out. I’ll never forget how kind she was when she didn’t even need to be. I am very grateful for that I thought about it days later and knew I had to write her a good review. I hope she gets a promotion.

Really Great Experience

Such a good experience. Everyone was so helpful and nice. Cindy at the front desk was super helpful and really helped us out with our early checkin. But can I say something about the rooms...we loved it. Nice peekabo view of the park. The decor was modern and sleek. There is a nespresso cappucino machine in the room. Everything was laid out in an efficient way too. I read a review where someone said the rooms were small and you could not unpack because there were no dressers. The drawers are in the bed frame, which, for me, made for more efficient use of the rest of the space because all the counter top space could also be used as a desk (if you need to work). The lights for the whole room can be turned on and off from a switch next to the bed. Also there is motion activated lights on the base of the bed frame. Robes and slippers in the closet. Fiji water upon checkin. I'm not the best at writing reviews, but Im just saying that everything here was really well laid out, the staff was really nice and helpful, the experience was really good. I will be staying here again. …

Check in

Check in was super simple and easy thanks to Cindy at the front desk. She also gave us a voucher for some cocktails at the hotel steakhouse since we are visiting for our honeymoon. Rooms are clean and sleek. View is incredible from the King Vista suite.

Amazing rooms, thoughtful amenities, excellent staff, great restaurant

I loved the room and the bathroom amenities. Small touches like a floor that lights softly when you step on it in the middle of the night are truly quite thoughtful. Reading lights. Multiple plug-ins. A TV that has access to chromecast. A shower that has a door that opens instead of sliding and a beautiful vanity mirror. The restaurant offers really good fare and exceptional cocktails. Kyle is both kind and knowledgeable in her expertise. However, Cindy running the front desk operations will take care of the extra blanket, towel or robe that you might need. Truly a gem. Thank you!

This place was OUTSTANDING!

This place was OUTSTANDING! Location is prime and the staff was 5 STAR! Say hello to Dana. Room was small but very cozy and the bathroom was very nice. The restaurant was very chic and the food was very good. Please note can get a little noisy in the morning with traffic but overall we loved this hotel

Wowowwowowowow!!!!!

Amazing experience! Great location! Affordable and comfortable. The hostess Tori was absolutely fabulous and I would recommend going when she is there! Close to Cloud view rooftop bars within 100 ft amazing food and extraordinary view!! Definitely going back.

Awesome assistance from TORI

Although there was an issue with our booking we made 2 months in advance. TORI had patience and urgency on getting us new rooms. Comfort was #1 priority. THANK YOU TORI AGAIN FOR ALL YOUR HELP Tori !!!

Thanks to Cindy for our room upgrade for my birthday... A bigger room and view of Michigan Ave. Very nice!! And 2 complimentary cocktails too! Highly recommend this hotel. Friendly and pleasant staff.

Excellent trip

Amber at the front desk helped getting to know the city being our fist time here while me and my wife stayed our 4days in the beautiful city of Chicago at this great hotel with this the best view to come by
