We went to Chicago to just visit. The hotel was awesome. Very great service. The hotel was extremely clean. The very best part though was it's location. It was so close to so many things. We walked almost everywhere.

We were in Chicago for one night stay to see Van Goph show at We chose this hotel because of location. Close to the blue line trains from O'Hare (Monroe stop) and.close to the museum. Extra bonus...Giordino deep dish pizza is around the block. We were able to store our luggage too.

We stayed here in March 2016 during the St. Patty's Day festivities. Very close to the parade route, right next to an English pub called the Elephant & Castle Pub and Restaurant (I don't recommend it) and just up the street from a German pub called The Berghoff Restaurant (DO recommend). Rooms were pretty good size which was nice as...

Excellent service! will definitely return. I did have trouble controlling the temperature in my room since the hotel was in cooling mode but the front desk brought up a space heater which worked to keep the temperature comfortable. thank you

Fantastic location in the heart of downtown Chicago, a short stroll to Millennium Park. Great service, proper food, and comfortable rooms. I will definitely stay at this property again when I am next in the midwest.

We took the Blue Line train from O'Hare ($5 per person) and rode until we reached the Monroe stop. We walked about 3 mins and arrived at our hotel. Friendly, fast and we were in our room on 5th floor. We booked the Standard room, but was disappointed at how claustrophobic it felt. The window in our unit was about...

Upon arrival I was greeted with a friendly "hello" and promptly checked in to my room. My flight arrived early and the staff was able to find a room so I could catch up on sleep before my conference began. The hotel is VERY clean. They offer complementary filtered water on every floor (fill one of their plastic bottles or...

I thought it was quite cozy. Although a little small, it was very comfortable. I love the purified water station. The hotel associates was very helpful. Lovely and warm. I would love to book it again in the near future

Stay was great. We were there for one night with our daughter. They let us check-in early, we had an overnight flight and a bout of food poisoning. The early am (630am) really helped us out. The availability of computers for printing boarding passes, ipad rentals, filtered water and water bottles, maybe 4 blocks to the art institute....i could see...

Was there for one night. Good location. Good customer service - they were friendly and courteous. I enjoyed the filtered water - that was a nice touch! Ate my dinner and breakfast at Elephant and Castle and it was pretty good - obviously it's not 5 star but it was still pretty good. The only drawback was that there was...

Dear Dan M Thank you so much for posting a review of your stay with us.
