Granted the rooms in this hotel are not enormous but the high standard of service and spotlessly clean rooms make up for it. The location was perfect and the huge lounge area filled with computers that actually work was a great access. The front desk staff were charming living up to the reputation of customer service. The other great asset...

I'll start by saying this hotel is in a prime location and very accessible to all attractions. Unfortunately, the room left us a bit disappointed. We stayed in a king bed room for the first weekend of December. The biggest shock was the "king mattress" was in fact 2 twin mattresses pushed together and placed in a king bed frame,...

First time staying at this property. I was impressed. Good staff, comfortable room, good location for my needs of meetings. Will stay again. Two brand names in same location made it a bit confusing, but easily understood.

This hotel was in a great location. It's within a 5-10 min walking distance from several popular areas/attractions in the city. The rooms were a bit small and didn't have a nice window view but definitely a great deal for the location and price. The rooms, lobby area, and elevators were very nice! I also loved the hotel bar that...

I traveled to Chicago to attend the Lyric Opera. The hotel was only a block and a half from the blue line train from O'Hara Airport, a few blocks from the Art Institute, Willis (Sears) Tower, the Lyric, and other attractions. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was "right sized," that is, no excess space yet with comfortable furnishings....

As a visitor from the UK I was given all the help possible to enable me to get around the city in the short time that I had available. The rooms were all that I could have wished for. I arrived before check in time but that was no problem

Room is too small. And no hot drinking water. Good and warm service. Easy and quick checkin and check out. Located at central area, close to subway station. Too close to the next door, thus too noisy at night.

Take a former office building, hollow it out, and insert lots of modern hotel rooms-that is this hotel. I choose the smallest room, as I was travelling on business and as a single. The room included the basics, queen bed, easy chair, large desk, closet, washroom with shower. All were in excellent condition. Water bottle filling station in the hall...

We are spending four days in Chicago and made the best decision ever. We took the blue line from Chicago and got off at Munroe Station and we were minutes from the Hotel. This was my first stay and I just liked the place as soon as I walked in. Reception is low key and efficient; the room well designed and comfortable. I liked the small touch of four general interest reference books on a shelf above the desk, and the free laundrette was welcome. The provision of plastic bottles and a refill...
