Although it might not be the most chic or fancy room in town and our room was a bit outdated, the location is great, the price competitive, the staff extremely helpful and friendly. The beds are really really confortable and clean. It can be a bit noisy in the corridors and the elevator ride can take a while when lots...

Great location and nice foyer, looks fancy. Room I had was fair but nothing special, bed was good though. Reception and supporting staff was not very friendly and helpfull, the rooftop bar/terrace staff was though. I think I can get more value for money elsewhere.

I stayed at the MileNorth for 3 nights while attending a business conference at Northwestern University, but because of the great location of this hotel, you could easily classify this as a half pleasure trip as well! It is perfectly located right off Michigan Avenue and is walking distance to all of the best bars and restaurants in River North....

I spent a few days in Chicago in MileNorth hotel. The room was large, clean. Location is really central, walking distance to most shopping, restaurants etc. Service was top-notch. Cons: slow WiFi, no breakfast (although there are cafes just around the corner so less of a problem.)

This hotel is extremely conveniently located just a 15 minute walk to the Loop and Millennium Park, two blocks from the Hancock Center. It is down the street from the Magnificent Mile; Gino's East is next door. The rooms are very spacious, open and light-filled, with tall ceilings. My suite had a raised office area, a good sized living area...

Stayed four days for business. Elevator broken. Extremely cheap furnishings. Paint sloppily applied in many areas. Barista prices are horribly inflated. Parking was $62 a day! They think their location titles them to fleece you. There is better in the area for less money.

Staying in Streeterville

Neighbourhood Profile
Streeterville
Streeterville is where visitors head for play at Navy Pier, a pseudo amusement park and development of restaurants, shops, rides, and other activities. You’ll find lots of action and excitement on the docks. Along the pier, you’ll see the statue of the captain for whom Streeterville is named. While you enjoy your fair share of sightseeing at the pier, you can also visit other popular attractions there such as the Chicago Children’s Museum and the Chicago Shakespeare Theater. Off the pier you’ll find more restaurants from low-cost pubs to high-end establishments. Arts and culture aficionados should be sure not to miss the Museum of Contemporary Art.
