The service and amenities were top-of-the-line. Fantastic location next to restaurants and shops. We stayed for a special anniversary. We were surprised with special treats in the room. Spa and pool were outstanding.

The Four Seasons is rated asone of the best hotels in the world and you deserve it. Our stay was superb in almost every way. The only thing I could suggest is an improvement on the food served in the restaurant.

Everything was good, except the shower drain in suite 4025, is a little deep meaning it hurt my foot when stepping on that drain. Really enjoyed the goodies delivered for the kids. This property needs an additional restaurant or grill

Perfect stay at the four seasons Chicago, with high standards, exactly what you would expect from this hotel group. Breakfast was very good, the pool/fitness area is also a great place, beautiful and perfect for relaxing. Plus the hotel is ideally located in town! Rooms are nice as well, with a very comfortable bed. But seriously, do I really deserved...

I think that my expectations were a little too high considering the lofty reputation of the Four Seasons Chicago, but my experience at this particular property was below average given the name brand. Although I don't stay at Four Seasons properties all the time, this was the fourth property I've visited this year and it was by far the worst...

Dear DHJunkie75, Thank you so much for your feedback. We apologize for the lack of housekeeping and the pool being overrun with children. It is certainly our standard to provide spa guests with robes and I am truly sorry that we fell short of providing that service in a timely manner. Adult only hours are available in the spa and...

I looked forward to this trip for so long. A Christmas gift to my wife a chance to stay downtown Chicago at nice hotel. Four Seasons used to have a very high standard for quality. Checkin was relatively easy due to attentive vallet. The front desk tried to book me on the elevator shaft xx02. When I mentioned this as...

My wife kids and I loved the room, food and service. Unfortunately our spa/pool experience was not so good. Parents dump off their kids for unsupervised baby sitting. There were no open chairs, the luke warm jacuzzi had too many little kids using it as a pool and the locker room served as a battle ground for siblings to pummel...

Recently I spent a couple of nights at the Four Seasons Chicago, which is the best hotel in Chicago and maybe the country. Yes the rooms at the Peninsula have more tech gadgetry but the service is not nearly as good; yeah the Langham has a great restaurant but the rooms are indicative of the box offices they once were;...
