The competition in Chicago for hotels is fierce, but The Four Seasons is consistently one of the best. From the time you arrive at the front door, until the person at the reception desk says come back soon, you have been treated royally. You can't go wrong with this hotel!

Chicago is one of my favorite cities and the FS Chicago is one of my favorite hotels in Chicago. Interesting lobby that you enter a few floors up off the street level, lobby bar/overall scene not that great. Rooms are really nice and spacious - and this last trip we had a room up on a high floor with amazing...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Four Seasons Chicago! Service was excellent throughout our stay. The room was spacious and clean and had an excellent view. The spa services were relaxing and very accessible. Dinner at Allium was thoroughly enjoyable. We were there for a romantic weekend getaway; however, we observed the hotel to be very family friendly as well...

Preface: stayed for a technical conference with negotiated room rate and an upgraded room. The room (City View - Executive Suit) was wonderful. Comfortable sleeping, and living space. A round marble top table was only work space, a bit small, but sufficient. Modern amenities, Nespresso machine (original), USB power plugs near table and bed. Large dressing area. All rooms as...

My I arrived at 6:00am on the day of check in and I was able to have early check in to my room. It really helped a lot. The reception staffs were all very welcoming. However, I did hang up my towels and hoping they will not be replaced by cleaning staff. But they were replaced during daily clean-up. This...

From the moment I checked in with my 5 and 8 year old, I felt like a "cared for" guest. Everyone was so nice, friendly and down to earth. Like they really cared about us. From the treasure chest for the kids, to the concierge's restaurant suggestions and dvds, to the nice man who brought the kids cookies and milk--everyone...

We were upgraded to the executive suite, so the room was really big just for the two of us. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly as well. It is located in the Center of the city, so it's easy to access to different malls and restaurants nearby

Great hotel, great bar, great food and great service. Apparently I am required to fill another 140 characters. Stayed on upper floors with ridiculous nice view of the lake and snow. Only downside is traffic and unloading but still better than most

I traveled with my twin girls age 7 for a quick spring break trip. The staff was not only accommodating they went out of their way to send treats to the room each day/evening. The pool area was so fun and adults were not put out by kids playing

Neighbourhood Profile
Magnificent Mile
Over 400 stores pack the concrete along Michigan Avenue, the eight-block stretch known as Magnificent Mile. This area between Oak Avenue and the Chicago River is more a shopping paradise than a full-out neighborhood. For prime upscale shopping, this is the place to go. It’s busy, energetic, and packed with shoppers. You'll also find hundreds of restaurants and dozens of hotels, all on the mid- to high-end scale. Some of the city’s most iconic buildings like the Wrigley Building, John Hancock Center and other architectural marvels define the magnificence of this neighborhood.

“Remember not to leave the "Do not disturb" sign on the door when you go out for the evening as the staff will assume you do not wish to have the nightly turn down service. They will leave a note and voicemail. The turn down is one of the best parts of the stay.”
