Great value downtown. This hotel is located close to the McCormick center , shops, museums and the train to Midway. The staff is very nice. The beds are incredibly comfortable . There is also free wifi. A restaurant is attached which is convenient . Trader Joe's is just around the corner.

This hotel is a great place to stay for the price. the beds were very comfortable. Heard no noise from the other rooms on the floor. Very quiet. Great view from the 8th floor. Location not far far from most attractions.

This place was only $80 a night and only a 15 minute walk to soldier field. Not far from the museums also. Also walking distance to some bars. Not exciting bars, but bars. The hotel itself is fine. It is a Best Western. Room is kind of small, but it is Chicago. It is clean though. Has every cable channel...

The room required a complete refurbishment, and the whole place looked shabby. Despite our room being located next to the side room it was very noisy. The pool was closed even though the weather was fantastic and in the mid 20s. The gym was dated and had limited facilities. There are much better places to stay in central Chicago for...

I got a great deal in the hotel from Hotwire ($46/night for 2.5 Millenium Park). The location is about a mile south of the center of the Loop, but a train station is a 2-block walk that can get you everywhere in town. Another thing I really appreciated was the staff letting me check-in at 10a, even though normal check-in...

We found the Grant Park Best Western to be perfect for our visit: Walking distance to the aquarium & museum as well as to other attractions, quiet & safe environment, family-friendly restaurants nearby, and extremely helpful staff.

Location isn't bad if your main objective is to navigate the South Loop area (Grant Park, Soldier Field, Museum Park area) but is VERY far from the heart of Chicago, from a shopping/dining perspective (I know, I actually live a few blocks away from here now). Still a bit pricey for what you get. Better offer with a few better...

This is not the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The front desk service was decent. The room was clean when I arrived. The "fitness center" is a sad collection of a few barely-functioning lifting machines and an old treadmill and elliptical machine. The heating in my room didn't function until about 1 hour before checkout, which was suspiciously odd....

Good place to crash for a touring stay in chicago. The hotel is in a really good location, close enough to walk to millenium park, the the art museum, field museum, aquarium, and lots more. Also the subway stop is very close(5-10 min walk). The hotel itself is no frills. Clean, but outdated, the bed was comfortable and the free...

I travel for work and found this place to be extremely undesirable. The decor was old and wanting of an update. The elevators are tiny (maybe 4 people with a bag each can fit) and there are only 2. The safety latch was broken off the door, the door basically had to be slammed to be shut. The noise was...
