From my arrival to my departure, the staff was wonderful. I was constantly greeted and treated with some much politeness from any staff member I ran into. It was a great experience and a pleasure to stay at such a location. Kudos!
My family stayed here July 29 - August 1, I have 3 kids - 14, 10 & 8. I was extremely nervous about this stay due to the negative comments on this site but am thrilled to say we had a perfect stay.

From O'Hare airport take the Blue Line to the Monroe stop and the hotel is right there at the corner of Monroe and Dearborn. The trip costs $5 and takes about 30 minutes. It is a great way to travel and you get to see the suburbs along the way. Once you get to the city the train is underground. The only challenge you may have is carrying your luggage up the stairs to the street. There is an escalator from the train to the turn-style but only stairs to the street so if you have heavy bags be aware.

No they don’t charge usually. But then it also depends on how many such boxes you get delivered over the course of few days that you stay there. Reasonable amounts should not cause any concern to them.
