There’s low staff and stuff, I’m assuming due to covid but the hotel is really nice. Peaceful even, you don’t hear a lot of noise between your room and others. I slept nice. The comforter hadn’t been changed though. It smelled, so beware of that. Otherwise, I truly enjoyed my stay. I would stay here again.

We stayed for a bday weekend and enjoyed. The room was spacious with a full kitchen and beautiful views of the city. We would definitely stay again. It was avout 10 minutes to the magnificent mile and a $15 uber ride

Excellent customer service from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. Very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed talking to them. Great location on the corner of Randolph and Jefferson. Easy walk to numerous restaurant and entertainment choices.

Angela provided incredible service to my family when we were checking in 2/28/20. There was a mixup with my sisters reservation, and Angela was very capable, helpful, and pleasant in helping us have the rooms we needed.
