When we walked in it smelled horrible like mildew and chlorine. The carpet was horrible.Housekeeping came at 10:00 am disturbing our rest. Free breakfast was not really good. I received a call threatening to charge my card if we didn't check out.

Average, definitely not a 4 star. Not as advertised. 1 of4 elevators working. Rooms very clean. Very poor breakfast area. Front desk not welcoming. Housekeeping staff did a great job but no other reason to go back to this hotel.

I don't know how close they are, but if you're not from Chicago you have to try Gino's, Giordano's, or Lou Malinatis pizza. The atrium has a great area for something like that but I didn't bring food in there.
