I could write a novel on how wonderful this place is. 1. The beds are to die for! 2. The breakfast is amazing! Hopefully, you will get to eat the french toast. Ask for the secret ingredient and then stop by the Amish Market so that you can make it at home. 3. The view doesn't quit!! 4. Most importantly,...

What a great place to stay. Each room has its own bathroom. The rooms are large and very clean. The rooms have two large chairs. The beds are very comfortable. Best night sleep that I have had in years. The breakfast is the best. It is up on a hill and is so quiet. Sit out on one of the decks...

The Syringa B&B was a wonderful surprise. The log home sits on a hill overlooking the whole town with amazing views from every deck and window. The room was warm and inviting, nicely decorated with antiques and furnishings and a very comfy bed which is always a big plus. The hosts were friendly and provided a great homemade breakfast. I...

We had traveled some of the Western states and parts of the Canadian Rockies, staying in chain hotels along the way. The Syringa Lodge was like a breath of fresh air! Our hostess exuded a delightful Southern charm amidst this lovely Western home atop the hillside overlooking Salmon, Idaho. We were given an excellent recommendation for dinner, our room and...

Driving up to the property, we were impressed with it's magnificent views in all directions! Our room was lovely and had it's own bath plus enough room for two comfortable chairs and other furnishings. We loved the deck as...

Let's start with the breakfast and work backwards... It was great! After days of b&b pretension (surely nobody really wants frittatas and soufflés at breakfast time, do they?) Syringa Lodge was a breath of fresh and sensible air, delighting us with a proper breakfast of eggs, bacon and fruit, NOT plated up, but presented in dishes so that you could...

This was a midpoint in our week-long road trip. The lodge was amazing! We enjoyed a comfortable room which was spotless, well decorated and with great views of the Salmon area. The hosts were extremely friendly. We remarked that breakfast was the best we had ever had while on vacation.
