This is without a doubt, the roughest place I have stayed with the exception of Wells, Nevada. It might generously be described as a hunting camp. Shabby is a kindness. The owner was very friendly, as well he should be, given the price paid for a place that was on a par with cribs in downtown LA I used to...

this is a very old property with a clean room, bedding and towels, except the carpet which looked like it had not been cleaned in years. The furniture and decor are pure yard sale. Safety concerns are wiring, lack of smoke detector and no in room (secondary) door lock. It is no-frills, but comfortable and a budget price. I would...

I have stayed here several times while in the New Meadows area and highly recommend the Meadows Valley Motel. Over the past few years the owner has done so much to slowly and steadily bring it up to its current coziness... comfortable beds, clean crisp linens, flat screen TVs, fridge and microwave in every room, with a lawn and picnic...

We rented room #3. It's has 2 queen beds and was very clean. We stayed four nights and had a clean room each day, hot water, cable and comfortable cozy beds with soft blankets. It is a bit aged in the structure but the room is bright and clean. I did read the reviews prior to booking the room and...

Yes an older establishment, but did the trick. We did the across the street motel check, older with a very oldish odor. So, the Meadows it was. As said, oldish but decent, comfy king bed. Quiet, fridge, smaller flat screen....sleep, good sleep, pizza next door. Price was decent.

We are bicycling cross country through small town USA. Our accommodations have ranged from the excellent to the not so much. After reading several reviews of this motel my expectations were not very high. Unfortunately, I wasn't surprised that the room condition was a little on the bottom end of my motel experiences. The positives: gentleman in office is very...

We stayed in room 4, $55+ tx, great bed, good linens. Carpet older and a bit worn. BUT, compared to choices in McCall just 12 miles away, a real bargain. Updated room other than carpets. Flat screen tv, good cable, micro and refer.

I recently stayed here and I have to say I wouldn't recommend this place. I felt that the room we stayed in needed updating; there was quite a bit of mold in the shower, and the entire room had a damp musty odor. In addition to the mold and odor, I felt a real lack of privacy due to excessive...

This little motel is the old fashioned type of small-town-right-on-the-road motel. It's older, and has been well maintained. The king bed we slept in was heavenly! The quilt and pillows were soft and downy, and so comfortable. It's a basic room: microwave, fridge, flat-screen TV. Basic, but clean, in good order, comfortable and easy. There's a board-walk covered porch out...

“Beware the local Sheriff. He likes to hide in the motels car park and zap you with his speed gun. Had a fun time watching him blaze off down the highway, sirens blaring and lights flashing in pursuit of some miscreant so drive slow when returning to the motel”
