We were here in the off season. Mullan is a tiny mining town with some interesting history. We needed a place to stay before heading over the pass into Montana and discovered Mullan House Bed and Breakfast. The house is not for anyone with mobility issues since the only access is stairs. There are 6 bedrooms total which sleep 2... More

You drive through this town of miners - yes that's with an "e" and you don't expect this gorgeous B&B. It is close to the highway and the kids and I needed a place to stay the night after driving a long ways. This place exceeded our expectations. We had a home cooked breakfast by the friendly owner and there... More

We loved our stay at the Mullan house. Easy to find, beautiful home, VERY comfortable beds and great kitchen!!! Rode our RZRs right from the house to endless miles of off-road trails! Sandy was awesome, had the home all set up and temperature controlled for us. Thank you!!!

My partner and I had the extreme pleasure and opportunity to stay two nights in "The Mullan House" in Mullan, Idaho. The atmosphere was so delightful. Who knew that in a small town, just outside of Coeur d'Alene, where they mine precious metals, sits what I believe to be a true gem. The rooms are so beautiful and themed accordingly.... More

My daughter and I were traveling through Idaho and found the Mullan House. Exceptionally clean, cozy, excellent beds and the food was amazing. We met both caretakers, Delight and Sandy and both were very gracious. Sandy offered us a glass of wine and since it was late, cooked us a quick dinner...and she didn't charge us! She was just being... More

First of all, I want to thank Sandy for being so accommodating in my trip out to Mullan. I'm originally from Idaho and love coming back to visit the area. I was with my girlfriend this time, and we wanted to go skiing up at Lookout Pass and Mullan is the closest place to stay by there (we stayed for... More

Probably the best place to stay in town. We were there for 2 nights and it seemed somewhat disorganized. It was a very hot couple of days and our upstairs room was extremely hot....hard to sleep. They gave us an extra fan but there is no air conditioning so beware in summer months. Nice decor, nice owner .... she seemed distracted... More

I can see why the previous reviews are so polarized. My rating is the average of the good and bad. The reason we choose the Mullan House is its location at the eastern end of the Coeur d'Alines trail, of the the best rail trails in the country, and just a few blocks away. The house is comfortable, and the... More

We came in at 10pm and were gone the next day by 8am. Toilet had urine all over it and was broken so prior patrons had been using it and had not been flushed after several uses. Wash clothes and towels were obviously not bleached and sterilized. They had a bit of a smell and the white wash clothes were... More
