I love lava, I go there at least three times a year for a weekend getaway. I have gone to the pools at the Inn a few times, each time hoping that they'll get better. This was my grossest visit yet. I have never seen moss floating around in big chunks in any of the hot springs at Lava before...

very run down. we were a little disapointed. The grounds need a lot of attention. They have cats every where inside and out. My husband is allergic. The pools are nice with out odor. We did enjoy them.. take your own towels as the ones the give you are worn out small childrens towels.

Wonderful place to spend the weekend away with your partner. The rooms are clean, fun, and we had an amazing heart-shaped jetted tub, big enough for two adults comfortably lounging. We had full access to the private hot spring with purchase of our room. We stayed two nights and got a discount for the multi-night stay. Very friendly staff and...

Maybe I'd pay $50 for a night here, but given that our room had NO PRIVATE BATHROOM, no tv, ugly decor, tiny scratchy towels, tiny room and a mediocre bed, I don't know how they get away with charging as much as they do. The noise from the hallways and next door neighbors was ridiculous. More like staying in a...

From our first day to our last, we have been treated like family. FREE breakfast was abundant and delicious. Our room was comfortable, big and clean with flat screen tv and our private bathroom had a jacuzzi and a magnificent mountain view. We were there for VACATION so we gladly enjoyed the six mineral hot pools. George and Kristen were...

My wife and I spent a single night here in January of 2016. We stayed in a "Spa Room" with a king sized bed and a heart-shaped, jetted tub. So what's included for the (fairly hefty) price? A heart-shaped, jetted tub, a (MONUMENTALLY UNCOMFORTABLE) king-sized bed, a 32 inch tube TV, the smallest, scratchiest towels I have ever seen, a...

Myself and my 2 kids stayed last night along with my mom in Aladdin room 4. I have previously stayed at this Inn over the years but in the main building. I love the pools and they are the only reason we stay here. This visit was a little weird for a few reasons... first, it is slushy and snowy...

Stayed here a couple of days ago. Have stayed here several times before - expensive for what you get for rooms (very primitive) and convinced myself it was worth it because I loved the pools and therefore wanted to stay here so I could make full use of the pools. This time, the pools were SO hot on Saturday that...

We stayed here in one of the King rooms. Very comfortable and relaxing. We were two of four people staying at the inn that night. The receptionists were very friendly and the other staff were as well. Two nice cats live at the inn too. Pet friendly as we brought our dog along. The hot spring tubs were very nice....
