The Hotel is very nice and clean. The hotel staff are soooo kind, i had a smile everyday there. The garden where we served the breakfast is absolutely so cute and romantic. Its a literally 2 minute walk from the beach and like 10 min walk from vaporetto station :) I strongly recommend, after all day walking through Venice-crowd this...

It was not what I expected, at first I thought: "Oh no, it's so old!". However, after 3 days, I loved it!. The staff, especially at reception, were friendly & helpful. Being a bed & breakfast, I can classify the breakfast as a "classic European breakfast", pastries & deli (cold meats), cereals, fruit, yogurt, warm freshly baked croissants & toast....

Reading the previous reviews I think somewhere in the middle is about right. The hotel is located near to the beach and only 15 minutes walk from the vaporetto stop. It is a typical hotel for the area of the Lido, slightly dated but still trying to please: which it does as long as you don't expect 5* from a...

Though Lido is a far away island, if you consider Mainland Venice (About an hour ride by boat from Venezia Santa Lucia, which is the main station, and about 15 mins boat ride from St. Mark's Square), and this hotel was a bit tough to find at first, our choice paid off. First of all, its just about ten minutes...

Arrogant Front office Staff, Pathetic Breakfast, Location is worst. Staff enter into the rooms without even knocking the door which is against your privacy. Lift goes only alternate floor, Old fittings of Water Pipes and accessories which may cause leakage and water flooding your room which may damage your belongings (My Laptop,DSLR Camera, Suitcase, Documents, got damaged due to water...

Dear Customer, thank you for the comment about his stay in our hotel but we are obliged to point out a few things that she deliberately forgot to bring: 1) She had booked a room for 2 people and you are there in 4 people and our staff with a sense of responsibility, given the time of arrival (around 24.00)...

Overall I was satisfied and we got what we've paid for (relative to typical prices in Venezia) but otherwise nothing terribly exciting. -building is nice and classy -rooms (we had 2) were clean but rather small and so--so furnished -bathrooms VERY small and dated -location: close to the beach, in a very quiet residential area, but no very close to...

The Byron, on the Lido and away from the noise and crowds of central Venice, was a respite for us. Lucca and all the staff were always cheerful and helpful. The complimentary breakfast offefed lots of options from cereals and granola to yoghurt, cold cuts, breads, cheese, fresh fruit and always excellent cappuccino. The only down side is that the...

We stayed on the Lido de Venezia last year and we really like the location for a long weekend or city break. Most people will buy a pass for using the vaparetto so why not get away from the bustle of the main city? This hotel was very good value and not far from the taxi boat port and round...

From the outside this hotel looks nice,The reception area, lobby and old fashioned phone box gave it a bit of interest. My room although reasonably clean was quite worn out and tired.and the bathroom was just the same. The staff on the whole were helpful and happily answered my touristy questions. As there was no Restaraunt in the evenings or bar open...

The rooms were clean, no air condition, nasty carpeted floors, hard pillows, but nice enough beds. The breakfast was extremely poor, even for Italian standards. The staff were friendly enough and the closeness to the beach was handy. The reception staff should be better at the general tourist information such as which ferry goes where and so on. They didn't...
