For the price we paid, the accommodation was perfect. Yes, the room was on the small side, but we really couldn't have expected better at such a low cost. It was exceptionally good value, booked through Trivago online. Anyway, when you're in such a wonderful location as Venice, all you want is a clean bed and bathroom, because most of...

Booked in for two night stay by Traflgr on best of tour. Very disappointed with accomodation. Room so small you need to walk sideways in it, bed like a rock, and no hot water. Was offered another room but water situation was no different. Was told water situation was because of roadworks taking place outside ... Unless the water is...

Me and Some Friends stayed here for 4 days 3 nights as a pre wedding trip, had a fantastic time. Hotel exceeded expectations, reception area clean and well kept. Staff really helpful and polite, nothing too much to ask. Room 224 where I stayed was very warm as previous review... so had to leave window open which wasn't a fantastic...

Our given room was 224 which was very hot & a bit claustraphobic. We asked to change as the air con didn't seem to be working & were told it's too early in the season for air con! Staff were very helpful, although full, rooms would become vacant in the morning. We changed to room 334 which was fine, much...

My wife treated me to a 3 night break staying at this hotel as a treat for my 65th birthday. This hotel is ideally situated if you wish not to stay in Venice. Water bus terminal 5 mins walk and 15/20 mins to San Marco. The reception area is looking a little bit tired but our room was excellent. As I am...

The hotel is located on lido island which is a 20 min boat ride from the famouse marco plaza in Venice. On this island there is not much to do and here are actual roads with cars. However there is a beach here on Lido. The hotel is okay, the beds are terrible and the pillows are even worse. But...

Spent Easter weekend at this hotel and honestly wished we hadn't. Haven't had a good nights sleep since we arrived. The bad points to this hotel are: - room is tiny, can hardly move around to get dressed - bed hard and uncomfortable - pillows flat - room either too hot or too cold - noisy staff late at night...

Lovely room on fourth floor. Very clean with large bathroom. Excellent reception staff especially Jacob. Ideal location for water bus and situated near restaurants and bars. Breakfast average and building work directly outside hotel.

After reading previous reviews I was expecting quite a nice hotel. The only good thing apparently, was that we had a large room and all the others were small. The reception staff in the afternoon were charming and helpful. The breakfast was appalling. The bacon was cold swimming in grease. The scrambled egg was solid and cold. The croissant were...

Clean, warm & comfortable, this hotel is well positioned for Venice visits, being on the Lido it is a water bus ride away (10mins) from St Mark's square but in a quieter & cheaper location. Bedrooms have everything you need, including extra blankets & pillows & a small mini-bar. Only slight down side is breakfast, which is average at best.
