Great little spot just a ferry ride across from mainland Venice. Cute little shops and restaurants up and down main spot. Make sure to purchase a 72 hour pass for the ferry boats to get around. The hotel itself had no ramps at the entrance, so be prepared to lug your luggage up around six or seven wide steps. Inside...

Just back from a lovely 3 night stay in the Hotel Pannonia. The location is perfect if want close to Venice but quiet enough to relax. A 15 minute water bus journey (which run every very often) and you're in San Marco. Don't let its Lido location be off-putting. It certainly makes for a good option when tides are high...

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on a room only basis. The hotel is situated just off the main street and was an excellent location for all amenities that you could require. We choose a suite which was very spacious and minimalist which is exactly what we wanted. The view was minimal as the hotel is situated on a...

Great hotel away from tourist areas. Staff very friendly and helpful. Everyone spoke English well. Hotel offered free Internet and printing. Breakfast was great for $12 euros each person. We had room 430 which was the attic room but very roomy and bathroom much larger then any other European hotels we stayed at. Great place!

Stayed here for 2 nights as a business trip. Spacious rooms, good hanging space, a desk to work at my laptop. Very nice bathroom (ensuite). It all looks new, is very clean and looks like an IKEA catalogue! Nice and quiet at night with a large and comfortable bed. Free wifi worked well. Dining room airy and spacious with great...

This is a great hotel to spend your time in Venice. It is located in Lido, so far away from the all the noise and tourists in Venice with very good connection to the main island (every 4-5 minutes or so). The hotel offers some top quality facilities, it is very clean and the rooms (suites) very comfortable and will...

I was a little hesitant about this one because we had wanted to stay right on the main island of Venice, but the location was fantastic. We were a 10 minute boat ride from St. Mark's Square, while being at a nice remove from the noise and bustle of the downtown. The hotel itself was beautiful and the room was...

My wife and I stayed here five nights while I was on business. Then hotel is in Lido, a short vaporetto ride from Venice proper. It is on a quiet side street one block off the main street of Lido a short walk to the vaporetto landing. We could keep our windows open at night for fresh air. There are...

Located just off a main road and within five minutes walking distance to the water-bus terminus, this hotel did the trick for us. The room was good and the receptionists friendly and helpful. The distance to Venice, via water-bus (vaporetto) is less than 10 minutes to the first Grand Canal stop.Furthermore, lots of bus routes are available from the Lido...
