Room was clean. Quiet place although not well isolated from noise in the corridor. Rich and healthy breakfast Convenient location: it is at a short walk distance from the boarding pier. Personnel was very nice!

Very nice, clean and peaceful place. I recommend this place for people Willi g to visit Venice region. Very close to Venice using waterbus but I prefer to stay in Lido than in the center of Venice for the simple reason that it is much calmer and less crowded. For people who want to enjoy his stay and rest at...

We arrived in central Venice to find that our holiday company had gone bankrupt and our original hotel room cancelled. A frantic search of the internet discovered VILLA EDERA HOTEL and we booked it immediately. A vaporetto ride took us to Lido di Venezia and a lovely surprise! We were made very welcome at Villa Edera Hotel and, although the...

The villa is ideally located near the waterbus station and close to lovely bars, restaurants and shops. Just a 10 minute walk from the beach. The rooms are small and very basic but serviceable. Unfortunately our fridge didn't work which was disappointing. Breakfast wasn't great at all.

Extremely comfortable and clean hotel. Great location for beach and boat to piazza san marco and attractions. Most staff very friendly and helpful. All with at least four languages. As with all venice hotels be aware of the 14 euro per person city tax

Such friendly staff! The room has everything you can wish for and is situated in beautiful and very quiet surroundings close to the boat station on Lido. Really nice hotel I would recommend to friends and family.

Stayed there in July. Bad experience. Old, small and noisy rooms (you hear everything through thin walls; noise on the floor, car alarme outside every night, noisy neighbours). TV channels all in Italian (very poor). Breakfast: cheap and untasty products from the discounter. Staff (breakfast) unpleasant and unpolite. Reception staff made problems, because we asked for a receipt whilst paying...

The only good thing about this hotel was the location. Breakfast isn't worth getting up for, coffee out of a machine was cold! The sockets in the room did not work unless the main light in the room was on (no charging phones up over night!) Me and my husband suffered 16 bites between us (which only happened when we...
