Though the furnishings are a little dated this place retains its old school charm and exudes the grand bathing resort style. Breakfast is good, lovely al fresco area and nice and close to the beach, short walk from town. Quiet and relaxing would recommend for anyone looking to have a bit of a beachy break, old world style

Really like the location of this place as we like it quiet. Maid service every day which was brilliant. Hotel staff were friendly. At check in the gentleman was great in showing us on a map how to get to Venice and where we were etc, easy way to get into town. Town is 15 min walk along the picturesque...

Negative side is you can hear voices from next room. Its in the good position so you can walk to vaporetto or go by bus. I...

Daer Sir ,we are very suprised. And why you don't ask to change the room if you don't like ? The central heating was not open in that period end of september ,was sill open air conditioning . The house is one of the 30 th and some of the furniture is original.

The hotel is well located 5 minutes from beach and 20 min walk from ferry. Strangest hotel I have ever stayed at. Staff were very helpful and overall room was clean. However, hotel is very old and tired. Downstairs decor is very dated, corridor outside room had damp marks and mold. Inside the room the wardrobes were wall papered, sockets...

The staff were extremely helpful and made our holiday very relaxing. We would highly recommend this hotel, stay on the Lido which is cheaper than Venice, much quieter and...

We booked this hotel last minute so did not expect much but still were disappointed. The two good things about the hotel were the location (5 mins from the beach) and the cleaners (did a good job). Our stay started with a row with an unpleasant receptionist, who advised us to "complain with hotels.com", followed by a Harry Potter movies...

Great staff. Very friendly. Clean in the lido. A little bit far from the sea but it is manageble with bus. Linea A , linea C at night, then you have to walk 200 meters to get there. We stayed for only one night, the view is not quite much. No sea view.

“When booking a Deluxe room, ask for one on the first floor with the shared balcony. This gives you a good size terrace over the entrance. Coffee/tea facilities are not available in the room but were provided to us at no charge when requested. The quality of breakfast is basic. You may as well spend your money at the little lunchroom around the corner at the Via Sandro Gallo.”
