Please, find below the required information:
1. From Venice Santa Lucia Train Station there are several ways to reach our resort. Our Concierge will be pleased to arrange for you a private transfer, contacting by email and providing your arrival details.
Alternatively, it is possible to get a water taxi out of the train station. Please note that it is not possible to reserve a water taxi in advance.
If you prefer, public transportation is available taking vaporetto n° 1, 5.1 or 2 to the stop at Lido, Santa Maria Elisabetta. The Hotel is few minutes away by taxi or bus.
2. There are different ways to reach our hotel and we recommend you book a private transfer or private water taxi. In both case, our concierge is pleased to assist you with the reservation. The journey will take approximately 40 minutes and we suggest you to book it two hours and half before the departure time.
3. Hotel Excelsior Venice Lido Resort offers a complimentary shuttle service from and to St Mark's Square, available all day. The ride takes approximately 20 minutes. Luggage transportation is not allowed. Our private pier in St. Mark’s Square is located just in front of the Royal Gardens.
4. Murano island is easily reachable by public transportation from Santa Maria Elisabetta boat station in Lido. Alternatively, it is possible to get a water taxi directly from hotel. Our Concierge is at your disposal for more information.
