This hotel is ok, very tired. We booked a superior room overlooking the lagoon. This was a small room with an ensuite encompassing a bath ( with paint splats in and staining) shower over bath, bidet, wc, and basin. It did not smell very pleasant. The room has a large double bed, which was hard but comfortable, a tv, small table...

Stayed here as part of a tour group from U.K. On the journey from airport by Waterbus the Tour Manager told us the hotel was fine but not modern, meaning all rooms different. Was allocated 46 as a single, but there is a fold up bed in one corner which could make the room a twin. However that wouldn't leave...

Lovely hotel, lovely staff and we will be returning very soon as we have completely fallen in love with Venice, the lido and riviera hotel. Every member of staff was polite and friendly. The old fashioned decor is beautiful throughout the hotel and the shop is well worth a visit. Also the breakfast is pretty good with a great continental...

We just had a very enjoyable stay at the Hotel Riviera. It is located on the island of Lido Di Venezia which is about a 15 minute boat ride from Venice. The water taxis are frequent and it cost 7.5 euros each way or you can purchase a 24 hr pass. The hotel was clean, quite and the staff were...

Old hotel with tiny elevator. Rooms are varied in size but very nice. Hotel staff very friendly. Right across the street from ferries to Venice. Streets are beautiful with nice shops and restaurants. Gelato shoppes are wonderful. Buffet breakfast was wonderful with the yellowest scrambled eggs I have ever seen or eaten. Delicious pastries and fruit. Great start to a...

This is a real gem of a hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly yet remained professional. The rooms are lovely and the standard of cleanliness was excellent. Ours had the most amazing view of Venice across the lagoon. Breakfast was generous and provided something for everyone, cereal, scrambled eggs and bacon, salami, ham, cheese, to sweet pastries and cakes. Coffee...

We stayed for three nights and loved this hotel. It has a great location away from the hustle and bussel of Venice and was lovely to sit of an evening watching the sunset over Venice across the water. The traditional rooms had everything required and looked very nice. The position of this place is excellent, rite opposite the water bus...

Wasn't to expensive. We stayed for 2 nights on our honeymoon and had a nice view of the church. Loved the big windows so could get cool fresh air. Room decorated nice in a very venice style. Only issue with room was no mini fridge but this could easily be improved and the reason why I gave it a 4...
