My mom and I go to Couer d'Alene every year. We normally stay in a cheaper hotel as we don't spend much time there, but this year we were only staying one night so we decided to splurge. Or so we thought - the room cost us $190, but it wasn't worth $100 in our opinion. It was fairly old... More

Thank you for staying with us in CDA. We are an economical hotel with the lowest rates in town. $190 does not sound like a normal rate however we did have Ironman last weekend therefore rates were high but we do price ourselves within Motel 6's range. The ice machine has been fixed and was only down for half a... More

We checked into a room only to find cereal on the chair and a large puddle of what I assume was milk on the already filthy rug. We got another room and as soon as we walked in we could see the soda or something sticky all over the counter. The toilet seat had stains on it that were very... More

Ugh... I hate those days when it rains, it pours. It is not normal practice to have dirty rooms, especially so blatant. Thanks for letting me know. More

My wife and I came to check in on our prepaid reservation. The check in process was very quick. All I had to do was show my ID and sign a piece of paper and Bob gave us our room key. Bob even helped us carry our luggage to our room. When we got into our room, the room was... More

This place just changed hand and used to be called something else. Woke up feeling extremely itchy. Rooms are roomy. Bathroom is small. Beautiful city. Don't think we'll stay here in the future. Front desk person is rather dingy. Breakfast area is tiny and may consist of toast

Thank you for trying us out. Our breakfast area is petite and seats 6 people, therefore we do have seating outside during the beautiful summer. Our breakfast consists of: hot waffles, assorted muffins, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, assorted cereal, oatmeal, juice and coffee. More

This is one of the worst hotels in have ever seen. I haven't had Internet access since I got here, my room wasn't cleaned or even trash emptied. There was a homeless man in the lobby when I arrived. The noise in the hall outside my room is ridiculous, and I was greeted with this lovely blood red stain on... More

I am so sorry of the internet not working. We do work with Verizon on the internet to make sure signal is strong but do need to call them frequently to reset. We understand that internet is vital for our guests enjoyment, relaxable and productivity. I also apologize that your room was skipped on your second day of stay. Aif... More

The room was in good condition, we stayed there for 2 nights, on our 2nd day. I was very upset no one came to clean our room, I didn't get clean towels. When I went down to the reception and asked the girl there simply said I don't know. I spoke with the manager the next morning, she said she... More

It is our normal and learned response at the front desk to clean your room and bring fresh towels if we accidently skipped one. I am sorry if the front desk agent did not offer to assist. We will work on the training. More

The property, now called the Fairbridge Inn, is an older one, but was very clean. The staff was amazing, especially the front desk clerk, Jacey (?). She was extremely busy, yet was able to adjust our accommodations without losing her cool. We stayed 3 nights, had adjoining rooms with 4 adults, 1 child, 1 baby. Housekeeping was friendly. Breakfast was... More

Well, let's see. To start, they have you initial that you "won't smoke in the room" or they'll impose a $250.00 fine. The room I was placed in - in the sub terranial first floor dungeon, had clearly been smoked in prior to my occupancy, if not once perhaps dozens or hundreds of times. There were even a couple of... I am so glad that we were able to compensate you for your unpleasant stay with us. We are an economy hotel but what you experience is beyond economy. We will look into your room to what necessary maintenance issues need to be addressed. Our breakfast is an expanded continental flair featuring Belgian Waffles. For those in need of protein,... The title probably says it all. The only pro I can think of is the proximity to Interstate 90, but overall this is a pretty run down establishment. The check in experience was smooth but my room smelled a bit strange when I entered. The bed was fine, but there waa inadequate toiletries. I find it quite unimpressive when a... More

Thank you so much for informing the front desk of your noisy heater so that we could fix it promptly. Our standard toiletries are: shampooing conditioner, facial soap, and bath soap. We do offer deep conditioner and hand lotion complimentary at the front desk. Thank you for mentioning our convenient location. More
