Check in was a pleasant experience and the people were so helpful. Beach access, beautiful grassy areas for games, etc. only complaint is small spaces close to neighbors and very little grassy spot at camp sites.

Nice park with good power and water. No discounts at all not even military. gravel sites and are short. Told it was 70 foot but not even close. Stayed at better for a cheaper price. Dog poop all over the place.

Very open site with no privacy.People just walk through your site even though it states in the site rules, we have 2 dogs and it was impossible to sit out side with people taking short cuts through our site. when we asked the management about this we where asked to leave the site!!! There are plenty of other rv sites...

Very nice rv park with its own swimming beach and dock on the Spokane River. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided along the shoreline, which is kept very clean. Huge grassy area between the river and rv sites. Roads and sites within the park are gravel. Level pull-through site was long enough for our 45’ coach, with parking for our...

We stayed here last September. Sadly location is the only thing going for this facility. I believe one might be better off up the road in Blanchard. Golf, Pickleball and 650+ acres up there. This is basically a parking lot with little charm about it. We'd stay elsewhere for the price.

Our family stayed for a few nights over Mother's Day in our big rig (42' 5th wheel) and found Blackwell to be very easy to access off I-90 & Hwy 95 in CDA -- no tight turns or low hanging fruit! Staff was helpful & professional, though they could have been a little more friendly on first contact. This is...

We stayed here in a 32ft 5th wheel. It was more expensive then we normally choose, but it was the meeting point for our Alaska Caravan. I can understand why some would choose this as their vacation spot, but we had better places to go. Clean, spacious, nice laundry facility, near town for sightseeing. I would look for a different...

This was our 3rd visit and we loved it. Beautiful park a lot of trees, views of the river and walking paths. The park could use a few more dog areas (there is only 1). Most parks we have stayed at have a doggie bag dispenser on the gate for cleaning up after your pup. Remember to take your bag...

I have some mixed feelings about this place. Very friendly and helpful staff. In the office.. they had my reservation wrong. However they were able to slide me in to another spot until mine opened. No discount given for the mistake which is ok...however seems like it happens a lot. Let's talk dogs.. very dog friendly. Which is great. However....

While it feels like you are quite a way from down town -it is really about a 15 minute walk - the facilities - showers, bathrooms, and laundry were top notch! The spaces were laid out nicely as well. It is located on the river but has access to the lake as well.
