First I will say I travel a lot/ so I've seen everything---or so I thought! Just the facts first...if you are driving thru Boise and need a room this may work. It's located near the river and fairly close to downtown. 3 story building with a good size parking lot. They do have an elevator but sometimes they tell you...

Rooms were nice and clean. Parking lot adequate. Good to and wifi. Owner Sillla and daughter Vicki were fine Husband and older daughter were a nightmare. Was there on business for 7 nights and on Saturday one of my reps relatives drove over 100 miles to visit and we're rudely told they couldn't be on the property. They are Spanish...

The owners are rude, inconsiderate and threatened to contact police because we "didn't keep room clean". I explained the maid could take care of that after we checked out. The light and bathroom fixtures were all coming off and ice bucket and ashtray both had holes in them.

The elevator didn't work, the king bed had queen size pad so about 1/3 of the bed had just a sheet over the rough mattress, the upholstered chair was so dirty we wouldn't even put luggage on it, the door to the bathroom was so warped it was de-laminated and shredded. It wouldn't take much investment to make it a...

After looking at other hotels in the neighborhood, we were pleasantly surprised by the Boise Inn. The staff matched a price we had found online and gave us a nice room near an exit. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and well lit. The bed was comfortable and the TV was small but nice. Parking was easy, convienet, and well...

The owners are very unprofessional i even saw them cussing out guests in the lobby. The rooms smell bad and need to be maintained. The bed comforter smelled like cooking oil and felt like it had had never been washed. I found several spiders and got 3 spider bites during my stay. Every time we asked for extra toilet paper...

I believe this used to be an Econo Lodge, then became the Vista Inn and is now the Boise Inn. The current owners do make attempts to keep it clean but the entire building as well as the rooms are in need of extensive maintenance. By maintenance, I am referring to several rooms with broken windows which are visible from...
