Stopped for a bite to eat on road to the ferry at Newcastle. I was pleasantly surprised. Welcome was warm and staff were friendly and very helpful. Had a bite of lunch and it was very tasty, the chef even popped out to check that everything was okay.

Just spent a night at the cat inn and found it very good value. We were made very welcome and our room was of a very high standard. The home cooking was second to none and will definetely stay again as it is a central spot for sightseeing.
