We stayed here in the Family deluxe room for 2 days. The room is clean and nice with basic ammenities. We requested for an extra bed with charges. Its near to eateries and a taxi stand which makes it convenient for travelers. The breakfast is simple and seriously the coffee is lousy. They need to upgrade on this part. There...

I booked a room directly through the reservation as the email and website were not operational as my email enquiry went unanswered. Having stayed at the Kota Kinabalu's branch, I had made the impression that this is a decently comfortable for a brief stop over. Facilities are basic but adequate for simple travellers although there are rooms for improvements. The...

We were there for 1 night only to catch morning flight from Tawau to KK. The hotel has reasonable pricing and well located around food places. But on the downside, poorly maintained. The room was smelling smoky, one lamp was not working, shower certain was missing and they forgot the wake up call. May be surrounding hotels could be explored.

This hotel has an excellent location, a lot of food stalls just beside the hotel. I was there for the first time in Tawau for a business trip and don't have any idea about the hotels in Tawau. Luckily that a friend of mine mentioned about this hotel. It is a nice, clean hotel with a lot of TV channels...

Location good, in the town center. Ample car park. Nice reception. Stayed somewhere in 2012 in standard queen room. wi-fi in room. Breakfast...can't say tasty but just okay, not so much variety. Restaurant looked old. Good for budget travellers who do not expect much.

We stopped over at Tawau from Sipadan to Kota Kinabalu. We stayed 2 nights in this hotel which is good value for money. It is old and basic, but it is clean and big enough for 3 of us staying in a triple room. The breakfast is average, not attractive. It is good to take a walk to have seafood...

I went there for business trip. The room kinda small but the price is a bit costly. Got problem with the aircond and water heater. I will choose other hotel next time.

The hotel is no value for money. For Tawau standard, the price is over bit pricy, the standard room is too small, old furniture, aircond not cold n and bathroom looks gloomy. Reception counter and lobby looks cosy but the staff not that friendly and difficult to smile.

We are a group of retirees in a family who used to travel in fives and like to stay together in one family for convenience and save some money. This hotel is very friendly and especially considerate to family traveling in groups of fives. Most hotels we travel only allow three in a family room in Sabah. Some allow four...
